Great service, best baristas, usually not a big line.
This is really for all Starbucks and really has nothing to do with the employees or anything but the Starbucks coffee roasts are soooo dark, they taste a tad burnt. I would love if there was a light roast added somewhere on the menu.
Please keep business hours up to date on Google. I made plans to come here for a few hours and would have done something different if these hours were accurate. Close at 7 on Thursday not 8.
Like any other Starbucks, but the kids that work here are awesome. They do a fantastic job making the drinks and all have such great personalities…great way to start off any day.
I go quite often, staff are always pleasant and the breakfast sandwiches are awesome
Friendliest Starbucks in Billings. And they are open pretty regular hours. Disappointed about other Starbucks. Close early, open late and some rude employees. Don't know how the other locations stay open. That's right the mall one isn't open at all now.
Great coffee shop and pretty quick service
This Starbucks is generally my favorite in town. They are the nicest and honestly my coffee always tastes best here. Today I ordered an apple crisp Macchiato. I get it often and usually you can see the apple crisp syrup sitting in the bottom. When I asked about it I was told they probably just mixed it up and sent me on my way...however even when you mix it the syrup usually settles back down. I get home and there is absolutely no flavoring in it. 100% didn't get apple crisp in there. I called to get it fixed as I wasted my money on something I didn't order. The lady told me she herself made it and said sorry it's not enough flavor for you. I get this drink almost daily so I can tell it wasn't made right. Was basically told tough luck. Guess that's what u get for spending almost $6 on a coffee.
We went to the Starbucks because they opened the earliest out of all of the locations in billings, and I'm very glad we did because we had a great experience. The baristas were so friendly and knowledgeable. My nitro cold brew was delicious as always, and my friend and I enjoyed working here for a few hours. Very clean bathrooms and modern furniture.
I normally have great experiences with each Starbucks location, but this was not one of those times. I work for a traveling clinic from Salt Lake and someone will normally do a coffee run. My order was placed, received, and I didn't know there was a problem until it got back to the clinic. I ordered a venti custom coffee, I got a grande, which ruins the ratios that I order. I ordered 4 petite scones and only got three. However, they were happy to take the money I paid for what I wanted. So, I called. The only option was, if I go back to that Starbucks, they can fix my order. With 60 patients on the schedule for the day, I dont have time to try and fix their mistake. So, the next option was to "tell any other Starbucks about the issue today and they will fix it". No refund, no possible fixes, just passing the buck. Not thrilled that we were forced to go to this location. We, as a clinic, will be avoiding it from now on.
