Great atmosphere. Our server was really nice and super helpful. Food tasted fantastic and the margaritas were very good.

I took my mom here for a nice dinner...or so I thought. Let me just be blunt, if you go here expecting Texas or southern states TexMex food, you will be extremely disappointed. I ordered the Fajita Chicken Enchiladas....there was very little enchilada sauce with a scattering of melted white cheese and LETTUCE..who puts lettuce on top of an enchilada!!!! Everything tasted like it came off the shelf or from a can/jar. I usually don't care enough to write reviews but this was exceptionally bad in my opinion.

I have literally never written a review before but feel the need to do the Billings public a service. The food is decent but I’ve never been to a restaurant that is so openly hostile to their customers. We went out for Mother’s Day dinner and were able to get a table fairly quickly. That being said, once our order was placed we waited a very long time for our food to arrive. When we asked our frazzled server when to expect our food she stated she didn’t know. When we started we were dumbfounded by this response a stern manager came to the table and stated “it’s been 40 minutes since your ticket was placed and we are very busy”. No sorry, nothing at all. Another waitress (not our original server) overheard this exchange and within 5 minutes aggressively served our food with what could be described as the weirdest experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant and that’s saying a lot since I am close to 50 years old and have a lot of dining experience at this point. I’ve never had my food slammed down in front of me before. So so weird. Anyhow, save your money for a restaurant that doesn’t openly hate the customers that are patronizing their business.
Their version of a large is for a child not an adult. The size of plate and amount of food on the plate was not worth the high price. Tortillas were not completely cooked, you could still see the dough. Wasn't to happy about it. The waiter was awesome though!

Not sure how this place stays busy... the food is mediocre at best - inconsistent is a good word for the food - overpriced for sure. Had dinner here twice... firstOccasion should have been enough to know better. After the second time I knew I wouldn’t come back. Edible food yes... if I had a fifty percent of coupon I wouldn’t use it... no value for overpriced mediocre food. Decent atmosphere, service was okay.
Well 4 years ago this place had a 4 star rating from me. Now as of 2-4-22 I had to drop it down a few notches. My wife and I decided to go out for dinner and a movie at 7:00pm, we arrived around 5:55pm got seated promptly around 6:05 the waitresses was terrific, drinks were served quickly as were the chips. All 3 baskets of them. Ordered our food in a timely manner. after waiting 45 minutes we asked for them to just put it in a box. Theres no reason a steak burrito and a steak salad should take that long. Well to say the least the salad was just a bunch of cut up lettuce bottoms pretty much and the mango dressing was bland. My burrito was bad the tortilla was doughy and barely had any steak. I guess it's just chips and drinks next time. I'm sorry but please stop calling this tex-mex its giving the style a bad name. It's like saying golden coral has buffalo block style steaks.
No problems with service or time management. Extremely small portions. Most entres seem to be about 25% entre and 75% side. I ordered the steak tacos and I had two tiny, street-sized tacos (with no cheese or sour cream, these items had to be ordered separately) and almost an entire platter of rice and beans. I am not complaining about the sides, I am complaining about the portions. Unfortunately, for me, the food quality and portion size for the price is not worth it.
