I have not been to a RR in 8 years now I remember why. For me it was forgotten for a half hour when the food came it was cold my sons cheeseburger the cheese had melted and no was hard again the chicken was dry as the hamburgers are dry I ordered a bottomless ice tea which I had to keep asking to get refilled which my way of thinking is ridiculous when you order something unless it should be filled for you without having to constantly remind the waitress hey can I get this refilled I never did get my french fries will you failed since I had given up begging for service.When we asked about the $10 special the waitress seemed put out that we’d have to have a different check for every person was not very informative on which burgers were the special pretty much just brought or through then played the I am I’m deaf game hard pass MOOYAHs will continue to see our business
Be careful, they're a franchise and don't accept corporate coupons. The service was rather slow. The waitress didn't pay enough attention to us. We had to snag others to get beverages refilled. And never did get our fries refilled. Burger and fries were good.
Have always enjoyed Red Robin until tonight. We ordered carry out. The burger and cod was good but only 3 large and 6 tiny French fries with the cod and about the same with the burger. Considering unlimited fries, this was not acceptable. For 4 large pieces of cod there was 1 tiny container of tartar sauce, needed at a minimum two. Ordered the Mudd pie and got some cake with a small container of Cherries. $50 meal that wasn’t worth it. Wont go back.
Best fish and chips in town. Wait staff a bit slow, or too few? Friendly and helpful though. Ask for more free fries before you box up. Great reheated in the airfryer!
Kayla a waitress here is always amazing. She takes care of us every time and she is always on top of everything! She also has a great attitude and some great jokes haha! Highly recommend?
Ive been going to Red Robin for over 30 years and the food has stayed pretty yummy and consistant. My only 2 cents is that the last few times I've been in the fries come out soggy from the fryer. The flavor is tasty but just greasy and not crisp. (At least the last 5 times.) The cheese bacon fondue is a very yummy dip. I do recommendm. Just wish the fries would be crisper. Still an overall positive experience.
The Chicken wrap is amazing! Customer service from waitresses are always great, hostesses sometimes arent best but thats okay. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is those wack fries. They really need to introduce a thin cut fries, the steak fries are so dry and underwhelming, even with garlic.
Normally love Red Robin so much! But this time they were extremely rude and would not accommodate us because we had a party of 9.. they would not let us even split the party to 2 tables by each other.. if the meals were all on one ticket then we couldn’t eat there …
Been going here for years. But overall my favorite burger place. If I want a burger and don't know from where this is usually my 1st choice. Thanks for being Awesome Red Robin
Our food and service with Greg was great at the bar! BUT! Danny the waitress took her child (10 OR YOUNGER) BEHIND THE BAR WHILE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AND ICE CREAM WERE BEING HANDLED! The child touched the cups and counters BEHIND THE BAR- a child should NEVER be in a sanitized area little lone a sanitized area with alcohol.
