A wonderful dining experience from beginning to end! Our server was amazing! Every member of the team showed exemplary customer service! Truly the best dining experience I've had in a very long time!
The service was great. The young lady helped by giving me some suggestions on what was good. Haven't been in a red lobster in 25 years. Food was good as I remember. The food and the service was excellent. I will be back
On the expensive side for the quality of the food. Steaks were cooked inconsistent. One of three was cooked the way it was ordered. Bacon wrapped scallops...bacon was way over cooked.The establishment could use some TLC.Our waitress was excellent. The service was the best part of the meal.
Portions have gotten smaller and prices have gotten higher. Food was served cold and they have gotten stingy with refills on their cheddar bay biscuits. Staff was friendly and polite and efficient but slow seating and service. Overall, a mediocre experience.

Food was terrific and plenty of it....our drinks were perfect! The wait staff were a pleasure to interact with. It was very clean and tables and seating were wiped down after each use....... The only thing that that made it 4 stars not 5 was the fact that it took forever to get the appetizer and main dinner and they were not busy........ I was also a little bummed by the fact it was my birthday and I didn't get a free desert.
Upon arrival I asked if we could sit in one of the larger booths in the center and were told we couldn't because there was no server. (When we left they were filled.) My kids ordered a seafood dip and all the chips were fried together so the center of the chips were soggy. (They were comped for that.) I ordered broccoli as one of my sides and I couldn't eat it as it had so much red pepper seasoning on it. This visit was by far one of the worst I've ever had at this location.
It's known that the food is good. I want to call out the wait staff. They were phenomenal! Very nice and attentive. Keep up the good work!
