Started out very rude on the phone. Love Pizza Hut but won't order from them ever again. Extremely over priced and cold when I got it. Ended with semi rude delivery person. Never again.
I don't know if they started using a call center or what, but trying to order was horrible. After 20 minuets of them screwing it up, I gave up and called somewhere else.
I am using points from eating at other pizza huts. I'm tired of giving this pizza hut the opportunity to do right. You would be better off going to lil Ceasars. You will for sure receive more meat on your pizza for $5 at the other place. If you order the Supreme or any vegetable as a topping, you can believe this pizza hut will give you the majority of vegetables versus meat. It's like their splitting the meat between 2 pies.
Very very RUDE I ordered curbside and was told to come in to get it, I refused and had to wait 15 minutes then he was so rude I wanted to throw it at him
Ordered two pizzas last week from the heights and there was barely anything on them. I think it's called cutting your nose to spite your face. No cups for to go drinks either!
Fairly decent I guess, no fountain pop, no onions available for the pizza. Ordered a large stuffed crust supreme
It took them an hour & twenty minutes to deliver. We got our food & it was old & stale. I get there’s a shortage of employees.. atleast let us know it’s going to take so long & we can just opt out.. was soo gross ?
Update: I contacted Pizza Hut. I was told that this location would reach out to me. Tomorrow marks day 7, no contact or follow through! We won’t order again! Location only delivered partial order. The delivery guy said he’d be back with missing item. Never came back! Terrible service! I want a refund and my tip back! You guys seriously suck! The worst part is I have to listen to a teenager whine because of it!
The crust I expected to receive was the wonderful, light, deep dish pan crust. What I received was a thicker hand tossed type of crust with no flavor and dry in texture. Bring back the original deep pan crust and my score will vastly improve.
We love Pizza Hut all the time ! Huge thanks to the guy who took our order when we were doing a split debit card payment. It could’ve been a bit difficult and confusing, but he made it super easy and walked us through all the steps and got us through the process. :) So thankful he took our order and thankful for the split payment option when you have the money on two different cards. Anyhow, can we tip the ones who take the order ? ? I don’t remember his name but he was so so nice and helpful ?
