Perkins is one of our favorite breakfast spots if we ever want to eat out for breakfast. It was mother's day and Sunday on top of that so I expected it to be busy and expected to wait a bit for a table. Once we got seated our server was extremely sweet to us and the tables around us and warned everyone it'll be about a 45 minute wait for food. She offered to fetch a light snack such as fruit, if needed. My hashbrowns were a bit cold by the time I received my food and the normal kielbasa sausage wasn't available, but nevertheless we were satisfied with our service and the rest of our food. The service we receive, whether it's the downtown or west end location, is always great. That and the food is what always keeps us coming back!

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The food is very very delicious and was brought to us in a very timely manner. Our waitress Carmen was very polite and very professional in serving us. Hands down a GREAT PLACE to grab breakfast to which the portions are very generous. Recommend it to anyone traveling through Billings to stop by.Respectfully,Arthur HolguinBrawley, Ca

Ordered the strawberry special good but it was kid size.My wife has trouble with her knees and walks with a cane.We where shown to table way in the back of the restaurant!!!!There were many tables in the front of the restaurant that were open!!I didn’t mind walking but my wife could not enjoy her breakfast because she was in unneeded pain.Waitress was the best!

The hostess was rude and only acknowledged us after I asked her if we seat ourselves. Our waitress was a young woman, whose name escapes me, she was very friendly and helpful. Our food was prepared quickly and correctly, and our drinks were refilled promptly. My only real complaint is the smell. We were seated in the north side of the restaurant, no where near the bathrooms, but it was all I could smell. The faint odor of urine and dirty carpet filled the air. While the food was good, the odor nearly ruined my appetite.

Food was good. Service was efficient, but not very friendly. Could be because they were short staffed.

People are very nice but my food was cold when I got it. She happily warmed it, but the French toast got a little tough. The Internet says it opens at 7, but they're actually hard at it at six!

Food was good. The time for pickup was given to me but food wasn't ready or even started yet. Had to wait another 20 minutes for my small order. Customer service was awful. Unkept smelly man who clearly hates his job. That's who you choose to help customers? Won't return and will definitely let my friends and family know how it went.

We always enjoy the yummy meals! Nice place to go with friends & visit. Good food, but my breakfast Bowl was very salty!!

The restaurant was clean. Seating was prompt. The server was attentive and helpful. The pot roast was great and the mashed was as real as it gets. Overall a good dining experience at a reasonable price. Thanks Perkins. Oh. Don't get just a slice. Get the whole pie. Or two. To go, of course.

Tried to order takeout. Walked in and a gal at the front register looked up at me and no smile, no acknowledgement and walked off. Multiple employees walked up to the counter, used a register. Including a manager. I waited so long I had to sit down while I patiently waited for the hostess to process multiple gift cards for this couple. The hostess never acknowledged me as well. Another couple walked in and was acknowledged shortly by the first gal who ignored me. I gave up and left. I work in the restaurant business and health care. No matter what you greet everyone with a smile, say hello and let them know you will be able to help them next.I felt invisible. I'll never be back.
