Standing here at 10min+ and no one else but me in store.Employees pretending to be busy and messing with plates/boxes, and not actually doing anything with them.No one is able to assist me in paying for my food..
It's a bit run down, the manager(?) looks like he hasn't washed his shirt in a week.Pizza isn't bad, but unremarkable and you can certainly get better for a lot cheaper elsewhere.
Called and ordered a cheese pizza and garlic twists. Nothing to fancy. Told me it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Over an hour later as I am writing this there is still no food. Not very pleased with how long this is taking. Expect slow results if you want pizza!
I was a manager here for 3+ years and worked here well before that. You can clearly tell management doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Have had multiple orders canceled in the last 2 weeks for no reason. Called for 30 minutes straight with no answer. Im assuming because it was close to closing time (30 minutes before). Managers name is Johnny and im not sure about others. Might want to get this issue fixed.
extremely rude delivery driver. Not once did the tracker show him near the house and it said delivery time was still 15 minutes out. Did not hear him "banging on my door for 10 minutes" like he told me on the phone (i have a door bell) he drove all the way back to the store to call me and was incredibly rude and angry. I told him to go ahead and just cancel the order which upset him even more and he told me NO that he was going to deliver it. I told him Ok then but I'm not paying for it and hung up before he could continue to berate me. This was our first time trying papa johns and we will never order again.
I live within 3 mins driving distance. Placed an order over the phone for delivery at 10:34 pm.. not to mention was on hold for 7 mins. Anyways my order NEVER CAME!!!!!!!!!! At 11:20 I go over to the store. Everyone's gone. What a joke!
It was the worst case of communication I have ever seen and worst pizza I eat. I was sick for 2 days ?Call center messed up the order, store fixed it with another wrong pizza. ?
Worst pizza place ever. Unprofessional. Rude. Waited 2 hrs for delivery and never even got a phone call. Any other pizza parlor would want to keep customers happy and papa John's doesn't even care. Give business to another place that deserves it and is professional. Do teenagers run store??? Any adult supervision?
This pizza was way overpriced, the crust was like a graham cracker cookie and the toppings were almost non-existent, except for the cheese. I would rank this next to a Pizza Hut pizza, which I haven’t purchased for years, for the same reason.
General Manager is super nice. Love visiting this store
