my guilty hangover pleasure lol. food is always hot, fresh, tasty, and delivered really quick! never have any problems with this location. (west end is a different story) but good job heights papa johns, you guys are appreciated. also, love harry! hes always so friendly and works hard!
Cold gross pizza and super burnt cinnamon whatever! Incredibly rude employee taking orders and did nothing to credit the 40 dollars I spent on black food! Can not believe how bad the experience was
I would give it 0 if it was an option. Ordered at 9:15 for 11:00 delivery and its now 11:20 and still no pizza. Will not recommend ordering from them ever.
I will never buy pizza or cheesy bread from another place again. Papa Johns is by far the most superior pizza place in the world as far as I am concerned, and their people are by far the most personable (Carmen Sortor) I have ever met in my life, and I’m 60 years old. So I say thank you and you have a customer for life!!!!THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! If there were more than 5 stars I would give a million.
So we were worried about the order we placed because now your call in orders are taken by a foreign call center. We live out of town and we were late to the pickup point. Food was on time and hot but we weren't. The driver in the white suv wearing ecko was courteous and patient with us. You did awesome dude. Thanks
I went through door dash and paid $30.00 for a pizza!! There were only 7 pieces and they didn't give us napkins. Too expensive but the crust was delicious.
Worst delivery and pizza place I have ever encountered. Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to their customers.

This papa John’s location does not have anything together. I pulled up to there drive through window and sat there for probably 10mins before they greeted me. And then I heard them cursing behind the counter I saw one of the pizza makers/ staff lick his fingers and then touch the pizza dough. That is such a bad food practice. And it’s not food/restaurant safe procedure. this place needs to have the health inspectors come and give them a talk.
They just went down hill. Quit putting my pepperoni etc under the cheese. Why do you constantly do that. Well I threw my pizza out. You guys are horrible.
