They have a decent Ceasar Salad and pretty good broccoli&cheddar soup. Haven't had anything else. They offer soup in bread bowls and that's bitchin!!!
The gal at the counter seemed confused. She told me my meal was $6.19 but then charged me $12. As I walked past the kitchen employees to use the restroom one of them threw a wad of soaking wet paper towels into the dining room which splattered on me. Disappointing all the way around. I won't eat there again. If you want delicious soup and bread....go to Great Harvest.
I go to Panera bread all over the country , wonderful place to eat and have meetings. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Out of everything we first tried to order. When we sat down there was a mess everywhere . The person that took the order was nice . But I just can’t with this billings Panera. A worker walked around the dinning area and did nothing about the mess lollygagging .
Good food although very pricey. The service was so incredibly slow. It took over 15 minutes to give our order. Then it came to the table on plate at a time. There was 5 of us by the time the final person recieved their meal the first few had already finished. I cannot recommend this place. On the plus side it does attract a certain crowd wearing very form fitting clothing. God bless the invetory of yoga pants.
Main issue: There's a sign that the lobby is closed so use the drive thru, but there's often an SUV parked to block of the drive thru. Just change your hours to day when you're actually serving so I don't keep wasting my time, especially with gas prices going up ?I like the Paneras I've been to in other cities and hopefully this one improves. I had the paid beverage membership for a few months last year but stopped because it took so long to go through the drive thru in the morning, which is the worst time to need extra patience if that's your first coffee of the day amirite?Started the drink membership again last month because it includes charged lemonades now and there was a promotion for free membership until July 4th, but what's the point of a membership to keep people loyal to the brand if you guys aren't actually open when you say you are?Really don't like leaving early for work to get coffee and turning all the way into the parking lot only to see that SUV blocking the drive thru. I often have to navigate around other people turning out of the parking lot for the same reason. At least all the extra time I allow for Panera's slow service gives me time to go to over McDonalds.Sad to say but it looks like Billings Panera is going the way of Steak n Shake.
Why is the lobby closed during business hours? Don't use the excuse of short staffing. That ship has sailed. It's because the management/ownership won't do what it takes to make it happen. A closed lobby is a sign of failure. People shouldn't have to eat in their cars.

Working here was fun sometimes. I did actually look forward to coming to work. Josh the manager is great and a fun person to work with and is a big help. Meanwhile the night shift is too much drama and I don’t recommend working it. I constantly got set up for things I didn’t do or say and got made fun of for religious beliefs and rumors were spread. But day shift was always fun.
yall gave me food poisoning. literally the sickest I have ever been in my entire life. and apperently ita not just me, everyone ive told has said "well yeah everyeone gets sick when they eat there" yall are going to kill someone. this is unacceptable
i really do enjoy eating at panera some days! its next to my work they have decent food and the older gals/young girl with purple in her hair that work the floor always have a smile on there face,Tuesday (earlier this week) for example i would of gave it five stars, my sandwich was perfectly made it wasnt squished like every other time and my scone was actually covered in frosting like the first 6 ive bought from them . Sometimes whoever makes the scones doesn't make them all the same and if i request one thats not missing a ton of frosting they they kinda ignore me anyways i just wish the customer service would be the same everyday. Other then that awesome place to eat with alot of positive employees not all are but most.
