This location frequently is out of popular entrees and the employees seem bothered to have to make more mid day. You always have to ask multiple times to get all of your items actually in your bag and they still leave things out. I've spoken with customer service, was told I'd be refunded/mailed vouchers but never received any or heard back. Honestly very disappointing over all.Vegetarian options: Very limited, but you could have veggies and sides

Customer service was awful. The chicken in the egg rolls had raw chicken in them. The noodles and rice were dry.

Ordered there twice and the food tasted DAYS old.

I wanted to order a meal for my wife, myself, and my daughter. Over the phone wasn't allowed and I was told I had to go through the line for each separate plate of food leaving way over an hour of wait time. Completely unreasonable for any place that serves food.Food: 1/5

Noodles are not the best there’s more lettuce then there is noodles kinda disappointing

The guy named Zack who works here is always so nice and friendly, all the people he works with too are friendly, these people are the reason I keep coming back to this ?

Don't bother going here in person. They make you stand and wait while they take care of all the online orders. Terrible service.

2 scraps of beef in the broccoli BEEF. The orange chicken was basically just fried batter with no chicken in them. If I was lucky there would be a tiny bit of chicken in the batter. The noodles tasted like they were tossed with a habanero and the women working register acted like they hated their life and being there. Using gift cards made her roll her eyes and huff a bit about it. I'll just go to the grand location.
