I really enjoy the quality of the smoothies when I get to come in. However, I have attempted to order online or come into the store at least 4 or 5 times and it has not been open during its posted hours. Unfortunately won't be coming back.
Two days in a row they are closed when Google maps has them listed as open at 7AM.
the little girl with green hair spat in my straw and tried to french kiss my boyfriend in front of me. 10/10 do NOT recommend if you have a boyfriend. or don’t like spit in your straw. still a good smoothie tho lolz
Great smoothies and acai bowls! Sometimes tricky finding a parking spot during busy times.
I have been visiting Nekter since shortly after it opened. The juices are amazing. The staff is always friendly and knows me when I pick up my order. The app is really easy to use so pick up is quick if needed.

payed $8 for the pineapple matcha smoothie. gotten the same drink multiple times before and have never had a problem before. it’s very liquidity and not smoothie consistency. they also didn’t fill my cup all the way (picture shows how it was given to me) i’m disappointed in the quality and service i’ve received today.
EXCELLENT customer service and delicious bowls! SO appreciate the beautiful, young person who went above and beyond to help me get my rewards. She does a fabulous job! Try them...glad they came to Billings!

I had good luck going here contrary to the other reviews. I just moved to the Shiloh area from a different part of town and needed a closer açaí bowl fix. I’ve been frequenting mountain mudd since moving out this way and their açaí bowls are pretty small for the price. I ordered one from here today and I loved all the customizable options and the size of the bowl was sooo much better than the mountain açaí bowl in mountain mudd. I eat these at least 3x a week as it’s the only thing my pregnant self wants anymore
