Food was good. Service was just ok, and they weren't busy. Restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait for a table. I will go back but I think the food was overpriced but you have to take into consideration the economic time's we're dealing with. The portions were good.... kept me from overeating. Staff were friendly. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. All in all a good experience.
The staff are very friendly and conscientious towards filling your drinking cup and clearing plates when you are finished. The food is good but not outstanding. It almost gives you a feel of an old diner with the menus under class on the tabletops. This place feels like a place the older age population would gather to chit-chat on a regular basis. They even have a rewards (point) system.
Great service, great food, perfect portions. Nothing overdone/underdone, I didn't have much luck in the casino but the service in the restaurant and the casino will bring me back over and over again.
Nearby and good parking. Always clean and quickly seated. Staff is always been good. Sunday buffet is always packed full of people wish they did similar buffet on other days too.

My husband brought all of the male members of his and my families to Montana Jack's for brunch the morning of our wedding. It was convenient and provided options of food choices that everyone could eat. There were 15+ members in the party that morning and the staff was professional and friendly. Thank you for a great experience for so many out of town family members!
I ordered the Montana Jack's Burger and when I got my food, the burger was great but the fries were way to salty... so they brought me a plate of fries that were not salted and they still tasted off... very disappointed ?
Honestly, the place was so quiet everyone was whispering and all patrons could still hear all the other whispered conversations clearly. It was like we were sitting in a recording booth. Just a weird ambiance. Food was good tho! Takeout is the ticket here.
One of the owner's daughters waited on us. Was super friendly and fast with drinks/refills. Food is always delicious and hot. I personally recommend the country fried steak. Amazing place
Horrible choice for a dinner option. Passing through Billings for the night and needed something to eat, this sounded good, but boy was I wrong. Maybe in the restaurant things are different, but ordering online you are forced to deal with whatever they put on the burgers. And if you order the hot roast beef with gravey, you better spend the extra money to get the napkins and utensils, because the bread they serve it on is cut in 4 and is under the square chunk of roast beef. So if you are at a hotel or motel, pay extra for Montana Jack to give you napkins and utensils. But I would recommend going elsewhere.
