If your closed I don't know why you don't put up cones so people don't get stuck in the drive thru waiting for the final person to get there food. 3 of us were stuck for 10 minutes waiting for person ahead to finish up. I understand we weren't able to order anymore, but why have people stuck in drive thru. We couldn't just back up and leave.
They are always so quick and accurate with my orders. Staff is also friendly!

This McDonald's consistently gets my order wrong and their dining room still isn't open. I keep hoping this McDonald's will get a good makeover and can open the dining room Area!
I would give them 0 stars if possible. Some of the rudest, most self entitled employees around. They take FOREVER in the drive through, get nearly every single order wrong in some way, and obviously don’t care at all. Waited 33 min for 8 cars to go through and ONE CAR TOOK 12 MINUTES. No pulling them around. Basically everything that can be wrong with a McDonald’s, this place covers it. TERRIBLE!!!! Be more considerate of peoples time.
Can be a little slow on our lunch breaks from ExxonMobil so if your going in between time get the mobile app for rewards discounts and to pre order. You'll still have to be there to finalize but at least it'll buy you some time if you only have a certain window! Fresh food though and connected to the Town Dump store where you can pretty much get anything plus Casino!!!
Undercooked bacon, cold fries, drinks spilling everywhere from not wiping the excess off when they filled them up. But at least they put the straw inside the bag.
Best McDonalds in billings by far! Staff was nice, food was HOT an tasted fresh. Not soggy and greasy and old tasting.. very delicious ! Thank you
Absolutely horrible customer service in the drive through! They refused to make my order because I had a few customizations. It’s no wonder there rating is so low!
I mean it's tough to screw up McDonald's. This place is really quick and the food always tastes fresh.
