If you like watching people do nothing productive great place to go
As I walked up to the store, I was already in a bad mode. This was because there was not a USA FLAG on the provided pole. As a 4.5 year maitanence tech. As well as a veteran, I was a little upset and curious. Then as I walked in the store I noticed that the lobby glass windows needed attention. As well, the bathrooms were a train wreck in progress. As well it took all most 60 minutes to get my 11 item order. I asked to talk to a manager who seemed to not wish to appolege for the above mentioned problem's. He did mention that he wasn't going to get a maintanence person until 10:00 this morning. Oh yes my order was put in on the lobby keosk and badly messed up and mixed up with another lobby order.
Its been years since we went to McDonalds but in the absence of a clean place to go we were very happy with everything about our experience here. The place was clean, food handlers wore gloves and it felt and looked good. The employees were well groomed and seemed to care about us.
Only one associate was extremely friendly Kathy was awesome managers and rest of the crew were unfriendly. To busy with whatever they were doing service really slow ordered for done in was given food to go. Watched as everyone kept calling Kathy to run food to customers in the drive thru that was really slow she was run out at least fifteen times before my food was even called out.

Just another typical McDonald's experience. Saturday morning and the crew was super friendly, food was hot. The one thing that set them apart, was the way they clearly labeled my "special" items from everyone else's. I didn't have to unwrap 7 breakfast sammies before I found mine. It's the little things :)
I walked in to get an order and I kid you not there is 20 people working here and not one says anything to me until I say something..I got looked at many times and they just kept looking away. Even the manager did this.. They were so rude. Most McDonald's in Billings are very good with customer service, but not here.2nd time.... Same thing. No greeting, no asking to help me. All employees just walking around me
Fresh fries and the quiet 2yr old was awesome!
Food was HOT!! Which I LOVE!! Employees were friendly and I was in & out in 45 seconds through both windows @ the drive-thru! Good job McDonald's!!
Nothing out of the ordinary, standard McDonald's experience. Wait time can go a little long but nothing too unbearable
