They were not ready for orders, I was told I had to wait then they took my food to the wrong car and then I had to ask for my drinks and when the customer service walked to my car with my food I had to ask for my drinks, I had to wait a longer time.
All the possible toppi gs was available and was expertly explained to us during our visit.
The store was advertised as being open until 11:00 p.m. why is the store closed at Friday night at 9:00. Why is the management inept and incompetent to keep the store staff during business hours? This is totally unacceptable. I drove all the way across town to get McDonald's just to find your store closed because management cannot staff the store properly. Don't waste your gas and time like I did with a McDonald's that is poorly run as this one.
Excellent fast service, large coffee for $1, no complaints here!
Don't try to order in the morning with the app and come a few minutes late. They don't care its already been made and will tell you they don't have the item available though its accepted the order on the app.
I always love The vibes of the staff that works here and they always go really above and beyond to help me get what I need for a McDonald's that's really saying a lot so thank you guys so much
Miss my double cheese but sometimes we get lucky and the meal is cooked Just Right and OMG, I should be 400lb +.. thankfully it's not cooked right most times which keeps me away. $1 Dave's single, daily, til the 14th, mobile orders only.. Yummmmmmmm
Just like all the other fast food places around, it all depends on when you visit. When they aren't slammed the food is almost always made right and its pretty fast. You will wait longer when they are busy and from time to time they might miss a fry or hashbrown but your food is still pretty good. Management are quick to make it right which is nice when there is a mistake. I used to complain about prices but knowing that the price went up to pay the employees a living wage makes the price jump okay in my book. The app works well and I use it everytime I make an order. All in all, if I want a quarter pounder with cheese, they have my business.
Lately orders have been all wrong. Not wanting to admit I’ve been there twice today but both times the order was wrong. Wife just got home and the order was missing the nuggets for my 4 year old. Got the sweet and sour though so at least she will eat fries.
