This place was very cold and unwelcoming. Our drinks were so awful we only had a couple of sips and threw them away. The girl who took our order was nice, but everything else was not enough reason for us to ever return.
I really love coming to Mazevo to get coffee and meet with friends. I would usually recommend it to friends and family but not this location. I have been going through the drive through and they totally ignore me. I can tell my drink is ready but they don't give it to me in a timely fashion. They have their backs to the window and glare at me when I give them money. My drink is also never consistent when I go back.Another reason why I love Mazevo is the atmosphere, I normally go to work on homework, however the staff at this location have been distracting, loud, and upright annoying. Many times they have turned the music volume up and down, made crude jokes, and have ran around the store while paying customers are trying to relax. I attempted to have a small group at this location but the cashier was rude and then asked for a tip as I was leaving, regardless of the tip I had already left for them.I have noticed that it has gotten sloppy. I feel disgusted looking around at the dirty floor and uncleaned tables. I do love Mazevo, its local and has good coffee, but I will not be returning to this location on Central. Thank you.
Best coffee shop in Billings & the best I’ve ever been to. The employees here will always greet you with a amazing attitude. They are patient when you (the customer) are ordering. They even offer suggestions that are appealing. The vibe always fits the weather outside it seems. This shop exceeds any standards the management & employees have set.
Tried to order 2 pour overs this morning. We waited for 45 minutes and still had not received our coffee. I asked a barista and she said it was still brewing while she was working on other orders and the Chemex was sitting empty on the counter. I asked for drip to go instead because we had been waiting for so long and needed to get on the road for a 6 hour drive home. We didn’t receive a refund, an apology, or an explanation. I know that Sunday mornings are busy in the coffee shop but being a Barista myself I don’t appreciate our order being skipped.
Mazevo is a wonderful little shop with ample seating and a friendly environment. There are a couple nooks for you to squeeze into if you need more privacy or quiet. Additionally there is a conference type room with a table and seating for meetings, studies, and the like. Be sure to book it if you need it for extended time!
I love Mazevo in Billings but have to tell you about my experience today because if I were the owner I'd want to know. I go to Mazevo at least twice weekly to the one on Grand but today went to the Central location. Was with 3 other friends and we all ordered coffees. Two ordered drip coffee and two ordered Mochas. The mochas came out first after quite a long wait. The bad part was they weren't warm. I took it back and they heated it up but it was still the same. Finally I said to please make it hot! Meanwhile the two that got a drip still didn't have theirs. When they finally got them theirs were luke warm. All coffees had to be warmed a few times. Everyone was nice to us but there wasn't anyone in your store except us at this point. I could see 6 workers sitting on the counters and on their phones. Dirty dishes all over the tables etc. Very strange experience. I won't be going back to the Central location. :(
Very easily the best coffee in town. The staff at this location are always so friendly, laughing, and having a good time even when they are crazy busy. I appreciate that because it always makes the customers feel welcome!
Good place for Coffee or Hot Chocolate. Plenty of seats inside with an outside patio with a fire pit. This location also has a drive-thru. I'd have given it a higher score if it was a little cleaner.
Amazing. The staff are super nice and seem to actually care about their customers. Coffee is amazing too. This is their only location with good coffee and most of all, good people.
Friendly service! Best coffee in town! Awesome atmosphere. Scripture on the walls and encouraging notes. Love it!
