Wouldn't recommend if your in a hurry and they have the worst customer service ever. The guy up at til was rude and condensneding. Definitely need to train employees better and a little customer service training might do wonders. I will not be coming back to this little Ceasars again.

For 2 most bestest pepperoni and a chicken wing I paid almost $23 . Normally Caesar's does ok, but today for that price our pizza was rock hard as if it were from the day before all dried out and curled up, and our wings were cold like maybe 50 degrees warm. Of coarse central Caesar's won't answer their phone for me to get 2 new pizzas and a wing at no charge due to the fact we have to drive all the way across town to get it and with the price of gas???? Absolute incompetent ignorance. I'm getting my money back or fresh food today.

Not impressed at all. Actually appauled at how we were treated. Extremely poor service and the pizza was horrible. It went in the garbage. Won't be returning.

It's little Caesars. Got a $5.99 hot n ready pizza. Was good like it usually is.

I arrived to the central location at 2202 I believe, they wouldn't take any orders after 8 PM and they only had one hot already left also had multiple people pulling up. Terrible customer service! I'd give 0 stars

Im only doing three stars at the moment because while the pizza has stupendous they are very short handed at the moment. It took nearly 45 minutes just to get crazy bread and a supreme pizza. Usually this is not the case but until it changes I recommend ordering ahead on the pizza pod.

normally service is good, food too. but couple of times I've been in they got my order wrong. to get my correct pizza I had to pay for it. things happen sometimes but at least getting an apology would have made it better. price might be good but service and food isn't what it use to be. sorry little Caesars.

5 Stars for sure, I came in during the dinner rush around 6ish and ordered quite a bit of food. I waited patiently and listened to everyone. The till person was very blunt and could Work on his customer service a bit, but other than that what I saw was amazing. Everyone in the back seemed to be working and doing what they could while being short staffed. I did spend about a half hour there but I understood from the amount of food I ordered. While I waited I watched as what I could only assume was the manager come out and deal with about 5-6 different things all at once while dealing with everything going on in the back and trying to keep everyone on task. Some lady had come in requesting to talk to her, not sure what was going on but the customer was causing quite the scene and was yelling and crying around. The young lady who I assume was the manager did her best to keep the girl calm and try and keep prying eyes out of the conversation. In between that the phone was constantly ringing and you could hear beeping going on, she had stepped away from the conversation to deal with that. Anyway point is this young lady, I can’t remember her name I did ask for it, but i forgot of course. She had a lady freak out on her over god knows what, her till person ran out of change, the phone was constantly ringing and she seemed to be the only one answering it while trying to help the young man that was on oven. She even offered to help this old lady that was in the lobby Carry her stuff out to her car so she wouldn’t trip and fall while everyone else had just watched, it was the sweetest thing!I eventually caught up with her when she brought my pizzas out, and I felt super bad for her, Her voice was completely shot and sounded like she was super close to loosing her voice for the night, I told her how well of a job she was doing and she thanked me and I asked her if she was that short staffed that she had to do everything on her own. And She informed me that she was doing her best even if a few customers got mad at her here and there and that they were training 2 new people on things and it was quite the struggle to be in every place at once as she’s the only night manager on the weekends, I told her to keep her head up and to try and rest her voice, she chuckled but it made her smile.Give that young lady a Proper thank you for running your business, So what if a few people get mad because things aren’t up to there expectations, she’s working her butt off and doing her best even with what little voice she had left. Great Food For my Family and I and even a better service, don’t let that manager slip out of your hands.

I wish I could give it zero. My mom went in and asked for cheese bread and to add pepperoni. They told her they couldn’t do that and proceed to tell her they can make her a deep dish pepperoni with no sauce, because “it’s the same thing”. The manager then proceeded to try and CHARGE her for the no sauce. After that was over, they tried to give her deep dish that was half pepperoni. So then they had to remake it. Just wasted 45 minutes at this establishment. These people need to be fired or retrained! Worst service of my life.
