Ordered my food an hour ago and still haven't seen it. Very disappointed in their "Freaky Fast" delivery. I work less than a mile away.
I just order a Turkey bacon sandwich with the Avacado and Mayo,, I could not eat it,, something was vinegary or sour tasting? Not sure if it was the avacado spread or what but it ruined the sandwich for me
Food always tastes fine, delivery is usually quick. That being said, I don’t think I have ever received an order 100% correct. Usually it’s something small, like missing straws, sandwich requested without something that is still in the sandwich, etc. But the last few times I’ve ordered, and they have been missing all of that, and then completely forgetting drinks, or sides, or extras that were ordered. Lazy customer service. Double check what’s on the ticket before it leaves.

The sandwich maker was very rude to us and looked very put out to have to make our sandwiches. Not a comfortable experience.
Exceptional customer service, friendly, helpful, suggestive. Totally great experience would go to Jimmy John's at that location again and again and again.
