The sandwich is great!!! Almost too much meat honestly. Service is on par for most part. Happy belly happ day :) I've eaten most everything on menu but my go to is the Chipotle cheesesteak and number 13 Mike's way!!! Try it... you won't be sorry!!!
The manager was top notch!! He was short handed and training but was very polite and my sandwich was made in a timely manner
The subs are so good! But customer service is lacking with some. I placed an online order on 5/14/22 it said order would be ready around 1140, received an email at 1130 that food was ready. Great ill go get it, walked in the store...was not greeted even though there was 2 gals standing by the register chit chatting away with each other. I asked if they had an order for me, they said no its still in line....so the email was a lie? Waited in the store for 30 minutes! Before they even started my subs...granted the place was busy but what's the point in an online order if I'm served when it's convenient for the workers. Like i said to begin with, the subs are sooo good!

EDIT: After 1/3 of my sandwich, it went in the trash. All I could taste was oil and Oregano, that's it! It was like putting oregano flavored motor oil in my mouth. This should be 0/5!If you're recovering from food poisoning, and you need bland flavorless food, THIS is your place!Ordered the California Turkey sandwich "Mike's Way", the only thing I could taste was oil, Oregano, and occasionally turkey (if it was the only thing on the bread. Truly disappointed. When vinegar is one of the toppings, you should be able to taste vinegar. Couldn't even taste the bacon, when removed from the sandwich and eaten solo. I REALLY wanted to like this place.
The Original Italian is just like the ones we got in Eatontown NJ near Ft Monmouth NJ. My wife from NJ insists I get the Italian subs from Jersey Mikes even though it is not particularly close to home. The other sub joints don't even come close to the great taste.
I did a call in order. They were very busy when I came in, so I waited patiently. Everyone there was working hard, great attitudes and very helpful. My order was done shortly and the young man who rang my order was nice and fun. Overall awesome! Great job Shiloh JM.
I feel robbed!! Ridiculously small sandwich for $9.15 Supposedly its a Big Kahuna but it's actually little for the price!!! All there sandwiches are small and overpriced for what you get. I should have went to Subway!!!
The Philly cheesesteak was wonderful! The restaurant was busy but clean and the kids working there were great!
Had a portobello chicken steak sub ordered and no portobello mushrooms on it but over abundance of bell peppers, the chips and soda we rhe only thing I enjoyed
