I’m traveling from out of state and stopped in Billings for dinner. Saw Imperial on google and the pictures made it look like a cute downtown restaurant. It appears as if they have moved from downtown to an industrial area of town within a hotel. The food was oily and rubbery. I’ve never seen such a bright orange pad Thai before. Also ordered crab rangoon and half the order was soggy and the other was super crispy.

Absolutely terrible. The drunken noodles were over cooked and stuck together in a solid brick. When I tried to eat it they broke apart instead of being slurpy and slippery. The flavor was overwhelmed by black pepper. The dish was tons of terrible noodles, a few pieces of pork and nothing else. I couldn’t even swallow two bites. Disgusting. The spicy cashew chicken was flavorless and soupy.I don’t normally leave reviews but this place was trusty awful.

Great place!! This place has stayed open and managed to serve excellent food with out staffing, which is amazing!! They have always managed to take care of their customers when everyone else would have closed. You want amazing food this is the place to go. Since moving into a better location they have teamed up with Patriots Kitchen and now offer 2 kitchens. 1 side offers American food such as breakfast burritos, burgers, pizzas and more. The second side offers that amazing Thai food many Billings residents have grown to love. Try them out in their new location at 2612 Belknap Ave, Billings 59101

The food was marginal and the service was terrible. The waiter was very pleasant but my husbands food came out 23 minutes before my food was ready. My food was only ready once I went to pay for my husband's meal and leave. I remain empathetic to being short staffed but that empathy runs thin when I see there are 7 different devices taking to go orders at one time. I am also not a fan of witnessing one employee talk down to another, save that for a back room or have a private discussion. Unfortunately this experience will be a one and done. We will not be returning.

These guys are absolutely amazing and one of the only places that will accommodate my abnormally high spice tolerance The food is amazing and I love to bring friends here you will not be disappointed

Got the pad Thai and Pho. The food was exceptional, but the service was comically miserable. I called in and got quoted for a 6:00 pickup and ultimately received my food at 6:45. The guy behind the counter has no clue what he’s doing it seems and is quite rude.

Best pad ti in Billings that I have had. The staff is kind and down to earth, one of my favorites. Keep up the great food!

My cousin just ordered my family food from here after she heard that we just lost my mother in law back in our home state. I hadn't eaten anything since last night and was just feeling terrible. The food was everything to comfort us and bring us together as a family right now as we go through this awful time. Delicious pan Thai!

This place has some of my most favorite Thai food. Flavor is always beyond impressive and always leave more than satisfied.

Walked in for lunch and had the whole restaurant to myself. Found out why quickly. I ordered the Thai basil and received 1/3 pound of ground pork, 2 tiny slivers of bell pepper, 1 basil leaf, and a cup of steamed rice. It felt awkward paying $15 for it, but I'm sure it was even more awkward for the waiter charging me $15 for it. Great location though. I'll definitely try again when I see the restaurant name and menu have changed.
