Everyone was very nice and there was a wide variety for a selection of food choices. Just so everyone know that haven't been to this Mongolian grill, this is a buffet style. Bowls to start with to pick our items were a bit small, but we made due. Grateful for the experience. Cooks were pleasant to interact with.
Not as good as Mongo by west high was but as close as u will get. Cranberries were a good option but no pineapple or orange sauce. Good food. Confusing checkout system tho. Someone could easily eat and leave and they would never know. Lucky for the I'm an honest person and made sure someone checked me out before i left. Couldn't have that on my conscience.
I was in town for an appointment and needed a quick lunch. The quality of the food isn't the best, but the portions are huge and it's all you can eat. They said to put 6 spoons of sauce, but mine was pretty soupy at the end. Overall it was tasty and an ok experience
Great dining experience. Was pretty cool watching them cook your food that you dish up your self. Buffet style and you can go up as times as you want. So pretty filling and a wide selection to choose from.
This restaurant has been renovated in the recent past. There was a good selection of meat, vegetables and sauces to create your own stir fry. The cooks did a good job of cooking the stir fry on a grill that was cleaned frequently. While things were less than stellar on my visit a couple years ago, I found things much improved this time.
All I can say is …. WOW!!! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was extremely pleased. Every staff member was very friendly, helpful and all of them always had a smile on their face. I’m very impressed on how clean they keep the line with how many people rush through there. I really enjoyed it there! Great team HuHot!
I can see disappointing reviews from others, but my experience was very satisfying. The selections of meats (frozen sliced of course), vegetables (all very fresh and regularly serviced) and many sauce options made for a wonderful personalized entree. The cooks were pleasant and accommodating (extra grilling on the jalapenos), even tho we were pushing late toward closing. Our visit was more than satisfying - perhaps they responded to earlier poor reviews!
We haven't been here since they first opened several years ago. I was very impressed with the buffet options. The Cooks were friendly and fun. You can go through the buffet all you want or grab a couple of bowls as you go through the first time like I do. I've been added bonus day have soft ice cream for dessert. Only the swirl was working this time which was kind of a disappointment
I love HuHot just about everywhere I go. What I really liked about this one was their service. My son and I had spent a long day at a long wrestling tournament. We got done late and went as fast as I could to make it to eat. We barely made it. The staff made sure we were aware they were closing soon. But, that we were welcome to come in and eat. I've had that happen in other restaurants where we are treated poorly and glared at. This HuHot staff still went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and still got an amazing meal. Absolutely amazing! The guys who cooked your items were friendly and funny. This is a great place to eat if you are on Weight Watchers and priced just right.
