I stopped by on a wing hunt and boy did I find some really good wings. Just the perfect hint of heat and full of flavor. Great service and nice environment.
Server didn't refill drinks charged me for a large fry basket but brought me a small when I said something she said do we have a problem. Made the whole experience terrible. I been setting here since 2007 an will not be coming back. Worst service ever an it was father's day to boot. Kids an I will not be returning ever an telling our friends not to return. If I could give no stars I would.
Disappointing waitress service. Place is good but expect to wait over 20 minutes to be even asked what you want to drink
Met some friends for an early lunch on a Friday so it wasn't crowded or noisy. Staff was polite and patient with all our questions and requests for substitutions. Nice place.

This place is a bit noisy, food is generally good. I like most of the staff that I encounter, I am not much of an alcohol drinker, very occasionally to the point that I have been asked in an astonished tone of voice "you drink?" So I get it, but the general crowd to me seems to be far more interested in getting drunk than I, so for that reason, I can feel a bit uncomfortable here. The place is great otherwise, just some of the clientele is not for me.
Food was great .they have great fish and chips. Our waitress did an exceptional job .she was there when we needed her and always checked up on us to make sure everything was OK. Will definitely go back.
Weak drinks I ordered a jack and coke could not taste the whisky so next round I ordered a double very disappointing. Everyone I was with was very disappointed with the food. They messed up my son's food 3 times in a row we were all done eating when his food came out. All he ordered was naked chicken wings. Then they had the balls to try and make me pay for them. I will never go back.
Food was good but service was not we waited almost 30 minutes to get our check and did not get one refill on our drinks ??
I think this is the absolute worst service I’ve gotten in an establishment. Especially coming from out of town and hearing glory stories about this bar. I sat for OVER 10 minutes in a bar with 6 other people seated total, and was not acknowledged. I made eye contact with two of the bartenders and a waitress, still nothing. I left and went to the Crystal Lounge - which now, I guess, is a better bar. Pretty sad for such a “popular” establishment. The owner needs to maybe check on his employees.
