This is definitely an established restaurant in the community. You can be sure that you will get a good meal no matter what you order. Years of tradition and quality is at Gusicks. Today I had the Pork Chop John’s Sandwich, it brought me straight back to uptown Butte eating out of their place. Delicious, juicy, crisp, wonderfully seasoned. It was just missing the Butte feeling. Great place for a steak dinner and listen to conservative chit chat. ?
Came in for breakfast (DID NOT KNOW they didn't deserve breakfast) manager came over with real nasty additude "we don't serve breakfast!!!" While driving outta the parking lot, manager walks outside and makes nasty remarks towards my dad because there were no other customers to see!!! Don't waste your time with bad service, bad management and bad food on the previous visits.
We have heard such good things about the steaks and I ordered a $36 bacon wrapped fillet mignon smothered in mushrooms to start with I was appalled that it was drowned in canned mushrooms and disgusted that the bacon was floppy not even an attempt to crisp it as it should be the steak was not seasoned at all and the waitress told me the cook broke off the toothpick from the bacon so to be careful in case he didn’t get it all, my husband had the $31 prime rib which was tough the salad was just cheap salad mix no extras in a very tiny bowl the soup was good and the baked potato was good .. very disappointing to spend $67 on less than mediocre food. Definitely won’t ever go back
Great service the only reason i dropped 2 stars was because they don't wash Menus, don't cook the food properly, I had a steak here and it came out burnt and not even done with barely any myoglobin juice.

Always like their prime ribs, my first time to eat prime rib 20 years ago in the US, still like it very much and more many other big restaurants. Everything I come back to Billings, I always eat there. I don't care whatever other people in their reviews about the servers, they are down to earth people, will tell you what is good or not that day.

Friendly Delicious food. Soups are great. Haven't had a bad meal yet and I eat there a lot! Very consistent.
Staff was great! Had the prime rib and tasted like it was boiled. Had no flavor and overall not good. Atmosphere is very dated all the way around. Not what I was expecting after reading the reviews.
Walking into this restaurant is like taking a giant step back in time, and not in an endearing and nostalgic way. The restaurant smells vaguely of smoke and the political signs are distasteful and tacky. My salad was simply a bowl of wilted iceberg lettuce and the (overpriced) sandwich I ordered was something I would expect out of a paper bag from a fast food restaurant. With the number of restaurants in Billings, do yourself a favor and choose any other one.
