To many times do I show up for delivery and get ignored, no place to sit while you wait the 15-45 mins for someone else's food never offered a water or drink while waiting. Being acknowledged goes a long way. Good customer service seems to be thrown out for delivery drivers. We arent paid to sit and wait.
It was good. They were out if menudo. My husband has been craving it and I don't cook it. So, it just seemed like the food took longer than usual to be brought to us. Meanwhile, I loaded up on chips and salsa, which was great. They, finally, served some that had a kick! Anyway, by the time we received our late lunch, I only had a few bites, because I ate up the chips and salsa.
Best mexicana food! Not only are the ingredients prepared fresh making the cuisine fantastic but the staff are always very pleasant! As a former restaurant manager- My family and I won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!
I was disappointed. I'm not going there ever again. It's a 50 50 chance. I've been there too many times. Not anymore! No good Mexican food in Billings! I make much better.
Not a regular, but have eaten in several times. Always enjoy the food and staff. If you are hungry, get a Big Sky burrito. Also, tequila makes any meal better.
The service here was good and friendly. I gave it 3 stars only for the food taste. The food wasn't bad. It just wasn't my favorite. The portions were good and I will try another location just because.
The food was good but the service was extremely slow for the amount of patrons in the restaurant at the time. It took 15 minutes for them to ask for our drink order after they had seated us and 45 minute to get our food after we ordered. I prefer the Heights location.
Purchased 2 Pollo a la Crema and a Queso for $44.00. I ordered via phone for pickup. Hannah the receptionist was kind and prompt. However, the food was terrible. Probably the worst "mexican" food I've had. The chicken was way over cooked and drowned in some strange sour cream based sauce. I threw mine away and made myself a sandwich. Would not eat here again. I should of read the reviews fully. ?
Not the worst I ever had. The service is not great but that does not influence this review. If you absolutely love taco bell then you might like this place but taco bell is the safer choice they both taste simliar. Taco bell will save you some cash for the same meal. I had the menudo, it arrive to the table warm not hot. The bowl had lots of tripe and was lacking much of anything else including flavor.
I had the two enchilada meal and my wife had thr Chile verda. We both loved the food it was really good. My only complaint was the portion size was very small. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant before where if I had eaten the whole plate I didn't feel absolutely full or not even able to finish it. The meal was very skimp on rice and beans.
