These prices have gotten out of hand. I already pay 1.89 for 1 bagel without the cream cheese, so why does it cost 3.98 per bagel for a worker to put cream cheese on it? The bagels are ok but these prices are not worth it.
Maybe not the norm and today was a really off day at Great American Bagels but we were pretty disappointed. This was the amount of cream cheese on mine and the other is my husband's $12 lox, tomato and onion bagel (which had no onions).
Pizza bagel.. oh my yum!!! Excellent service most tender bagels ever, they are heavy with cream cheese so beware if you love the flavor of the bag over the shmear.

First time I had tried this place. Super great people working the counter and very knowledgeable. I love GOOD tuna salad so asked what it was like and the gal behind the counter said she makes it daily and told me what was in it. Best tuna salad other than my homemade recipe. Big menu. Had no idea all the things you could do with bagels.
Ordered 2 coffees, one chocolate mocha. And other regular but coffee pumps empty. The guy said he had to make some. We sat in the store to eat our bagels still no coffee. So we paid for a coffee we never got. Disappointed.??
Just a good trader. I've been trading with Mr David Brown for about a year and do not have any complaints about him so far. this place is seriously legit. only place in town that doesn't have frozen bagels..they make em fresh..also ..it might take about 2 minutes longer than most places..but wtf is two minutes when it's made right and cooked fresh, every, single, time. 10/10
I have loved this place since I was a kid! All their bagels are fantastic and the people that work there are amazing too! Keep up the great work guys!!
Normally this is a fine restaurant but I had such a frustrating experience today. I called in an order. My order was listed out ahead of time and not difficult. Essentially 2 bagels, coffee, and a bag of chips. The woman who answered was nice but clearly wasnt listening to me as i had to state my options about 4 times each. Then when I arrived, I was the only customer there and it still took longer than the 15 expected minutes for not a complicated order. Then I got to sit there and Watch 3 customers who arrived after I did not only pay for their Orders ahead of me when I was standing there in line the entire time , but also receive their food ahead of me. The last lady, who will be referred to as Rude green big bird, practically hip checked me out of line even though I was clearly there before she was and the attendant didn't say anything to her about it. I'm not sure if ordering on the phone makes you a second class citizen in their eyes or not but I was sure made to feel like one today. I appreciate them allowing us to call in orders, but the process was very difficult and unwelcoming
