Definitely friendly staff, patient and helpful. Bacon cheeseburger was excellent and a very generous helping with the fries...which were good as well. Next time, maybe I won't go with only a half hour before closing.
I asked for cheese burger no bun and additional toppings. The cashier taking my order asked if it was a preference or an allergy. I told her allergy and she let her team know. This is the only restaurant to ask me. No one made me feel like an inconvenience and it was good to be able to find some place to accommodate my medical needs while traveling across country.
It was busy today when I visited. The burger was great and the kitchen staff was friendly and working hard. Steven the manager came to ask about my meal, was it hot, were the fries good? Very unusual at a fast food place. The dining room was clean and Rosa was very friendly and assisted me, I'm handicapped. I will be returning.
AMAZING FRIENDLY HARDWORKING STAFF......Best burger I have had in years!! Was very busy and obviously short staffed and I was nothing but IMPRESSED!! Unfortunately I don't live in Billings...otherwise I would eat there often. Wish there was a 5 Guys in Butte!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!
Always a great experience eating here. The burgers are awesome! Ordering online is just as fast as going in the store.
The fries are why a person goes. Generous portions of fresh cut fries, burgers are ok kinda like wendys better but not a bad burger in my opinion. The fries tho!!!
Our food was great. Amazing chocolate shake. Happy and efficient staff. Super busy, but we didn't have wait more than 15 mins
First time I visited 5 guys restaurant, was when I went to watch the Grizz play in Missoula. The one in Billings is just as good as the other one. Juicy burgers, friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Your burger does tend to fall apart, especially if you get every thing on it, but who doesn't Love a burger that's finger licking good? So I would definitely recommend this place. You won't leave hungry I guarantee it. Oh, and a little FYI???? Their small fry is equivalent to a McDonald's large....
Very fast service! Not only fountain drinks, have very tasty Honest Tea available as well. Great burger, tasted great even near closing and staff were very prompt, friendly, and professional.
Yum! Still one of my favorite places to grab just a good ole' burger and fries. Plain and simple. Cajun fries are the best! This place is just as great and what you would expect from any Five Guys.Interesting side note I read. Five Guys offer free peanuts to distract customers from staring at the crew as they cook as it takes them longer to cook their burgers as they don't press down on the patties to retain more of the juices.
