Good service and clean restaurant but I wasn't impressed with my sandwich. The bread was good but the lettuce had a strong, bitter taste. Drinks were great and there is a wide choice of brands and flavors.
I will never eat a sub from any other place the Firehouse subs.They are amazing!!!!and the staff is outstanding!!

Good sandwich, but very skimpy on the meat compared to other places.
Ordered the firehouse hero. Was supposed to have ham, turkey and roast beef. Only had the smallest scrap of beef. Quite the rip off. Will never order again.

I heard so many good things about this place, so I was excited to try it. An overnight stay in a Billings motel and Uber Eats gave the opportunity. My wife and I both ordered the New York Steamer Sub sandwich. The description of this sandwich says it has corned beef brisket, pastrami, provolone cheese, mayo and italian dressing. It sounded delicious. It was not. The corned beef is NOT brisket. It is cheap thin sliced deli meat, as is the pastrami. I added olives, green peppers, and pickles to the sandwich. I found 1 olive slice. A couple pieces of green pepper and a couple pieces of diced pickle. There was mayo. There was probably Italian dressing but I could not see or taste it. The bun would have been better if it was toasted, but it was not. The sandwich tasted cheap. It was over $11.00 so decent quality was expected but not delivered. I ordered a side of chili. It was like mush. Disgusting, but expensive for a very small portion. My wife ordered a $5.30 side salad. It was also very small. She said the salad had good flavor but the 1 oz. Portion cup of dressing was too small, even for the tiny salad, and the dressing was watered down. Thats all we got, and the bill was over $50. Granted, some of that was for the Uber Eats delivery, fees, and tip. The Uber Eats portion of the bill was worth it. Delivery was FAST and delivered as requested. I will probably never eat at this place again. So disappointed!

Had a beef brisket BBQ sub and it's was the bees knees!!! 10 out ot 10 would recommend to anyone!!
