Okay. This place is very very good. If you’re looking for a top-flight third-wave espresso drink, with perfect latte art and excellent service, this is the place.Emily is one of the best baristas I’ve seen, balancing her considerable expertise with gracious hospitality.Great experience all around.
This is the type of place that one would go to if you have a lot of time to stand and wait.. For a long, long, long, long, long time... Servers generally are too busy hanging out to serve customers. I always feel ignored when I go there and it takes over 15 minutes for a simple order. Do not recommend.

Located inside the new Wise Wonders you will find Ebon Coffee Collective. I have been here twice while waiting to pick up my kids from karate class and each time I have the privilege of chatting with the baristas while they prepare my drink. I tend to judge a shop based on their cortados, and boy oh boy, they have made the best I have had in Billings. The Brazilian Coffee that Will used was insanely good this time (last visit was a Kenyan coffee, also fantastic). As we chatted about coffee, I decided to grab a bag of beans that they offer from Revel Roasters here in Billings. I mentioned it was my first time getting this particular variety and Will got excited. Why? They had just got a new batch of Natural processed Costa Rican coffee and offered to make me a pour over. Even though I love espresso, I prefer filter coffee so I accepted. Sadly, I had to leave before I could tell him my thoughts. Juicy, sweet, notes of pecan, and dried cherries. It was amazing. In Billings for the first time- and only briefly- I’m on a mission to check out as many coffee shops as I can. Ebon Coffee Collective was six blocks from my stay and a nice sunny walk. Friendly smiles greet you upon entering. Trendy local artisan gifts on your left, inviting seating on your right. Lovely indoor foliage abounds. Half wall of windows let’s the sun and blue skies shine in. Chill music invites you to sit and stay a while. Coffee menu appears simple and done well. I also peeked some unique artisan flavor options on their seasonal autumn menu. I quite enjoyed my quad shot salted caramel americano with cream. Not overly sweet, the delicious coffee itself is allowed to stand in the spotlight. Overall a wonderful experience and worth checking out.
I absolutely enjoyed going to Ebon Coffee! My friend suggested it and I'm glad she did. The people are great to talk to and they make wonderful coffee! We went on Saturday and they do sweet or savory waffles. Both were so good! Highly reccomend trying this place! :D
Ebon has the best cookies in town! It's probably been two years since I've been to Wise Wonders Children's Museum and my husband and I were wondering on the way downtown of they would still have coffee and cookies. They do!! So soft and delicious. And great, friendly service.
The staff was extraordinary! Great recommendations, I got the lavender flavor and it was hands down the best lavender coffee I’ve had! I highly recommend.
