Just like to say, don Luis in my opinion of course use to be what I would of called my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant however anymore, I find it a rip off. The first time I ordered elote it came with three cobs, however sharing with two people it was odd numbered so the second time we ordered elote it only came with two cobs and I asked about it and they said when they're smaller ones we throw in an extra and I didn't think anything of it well tonight I wanted elote and I remembered that we only get one cob each sharing for 2 obviously so I ordered 2 orders of elote expecting 4 cobs total and they sent me out with two cobs you just lost a loyal customer because you can't be consistent and you're greedy. You've never once been friendly when I walk in there, dread going in there to pick up my food. Wasted $8 on something I could of made myself so what's so special about my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant? Nothing.
I don't normally do this but I couldn't let this pass. My husband and I tried this place for the first time last evening. Very disappointed! First, it was very expensive. Second, my food tasted ok until I found the hair in it. My husband's food was so spicy hot, he could not eat it. When I nicely explained to the waitress our issues, she got very snotty with us. As we left, the man sitting behind us said " You guys should probably just eat at home!". As we exited the restaurant (leaving essentially all of our dinner on our plates), the waitress and the man laughed at us. I will never visit this place again!
It was a nice atmosphere! Good waitress, she was busy. I had the Chimichunga & the meat was pretty spicy & salty. A little too much for me! It was good.
The pork chili verde is soooo good!! ?? My fav and I am always such a happy girl afterwards. Great customer service, love you guys!!!
We thought the food was delicious. We had an appetizer called the Trio. Oh wow, the queso! It's fantastic. We had the bacon wrapped shrimp and the pork rice bowl. So good.Comfortable environment, great food, good prices. We're going back. Recommend with both thumbs up. ?
I had better food in Prison.$57 for lunch for 2, Worst Mexican food to date.I knew it was going to be rough when the guacamole was barely smashed avocado, nothing else not even salt. Chicken mole was burnt and inedible, burrito tasted about the same. No one in the restaurant knew how to make a margarita so we got beer lol.If I could give 0 stars I would. 1/22/22 11:45am
Let me start this off by saying the food is above average and was very hot & fresh when we got it, via take out. But, the time we had to wait once we called in our take out order (6pm), came in the door (at 6:20), then till we got our food 30 freaking minutes at 6:50 later, is down right horrible. Their excuse/warning after I paid is that they had a new cook (only one???) handling cooking. Poor guy was very overwhelmed. Need to hire an assistant or something!

I have never had such bland food in my life! I’m talking zero flavor. Were it not for the guacamole (which was decent) I would have worried I had Covid. Even the queso had no taste. How can cheese have no flavor?! We tried the beef enchiladas, a bean burrito & rice. We desperately tried salting everything but it wasn’t even edible. And this place is expensive! $42 for a 2 person-no alcohol lunch & we ordered the special. The exterior should have been a clue as it looks neglected & unkempt. We will not go back.
