So I'm a home chef. Don't eat out much. My landlord gives me domino's gift cards... the 1st time I used 1 at this location was the worst experience ever so bad I didn't leave a review cuz they were sinking themselves. Tonight I used another gift card from my landlord n it was so worth it! My only complaint was no pineapple on my husband's pizza ok his complaint...mine was awesome! Such a better experience!
Took for ever to get my pizza people here needs to be more organize i would not recomend anyone to order here they already have a ton of bad reviews
I wish I would’ve just went home instead of ordering from the domino’s on old Hardin! Took 30 minutes from the time the app said it was ready!!! Not good after working 12 1/2 hours!
I ordered a 32 piece mild wings thinking they would be like pizza hut wings... what i got was soggy, terrible quality, grizzle wings. Do NOT i repeat DO NOT order there wings ?
Something has changed with Domino's in Lockwood.Their call system is onnecessary.I don't like giving my information out to call centers from out of state. They can't get an order right. I want it back the way it was, good customer service, good pizza, and good prices.
I must be a glutton for punishment to keep ordering from this Dominos. In the last several months I have yet to see a pizza order arrive sooner than 2 hours. Once it actually took over 3 hours. Tonight was the last straw.... I ordered at 7:30pm and I am still waiting. It is now almost 9:30 and still no pizza. No text to say he's in the neighborhood. This is going to be another 3 hour delivery. Sorry Dominos in Lockwood.... your done. Im going else where from now on.
Ordered food from here a few times food is never on time. Always takes 30-60 minutes longer than the quote when ordering. This time according to their tracker our food was out of the oven for 45 minutes before it showed up.
I always parked at Flying J and walk up there to order and fast service from order to finish.
Friendly helpful staff, great food. October 2021, I was at the truck stop across the street for 2-1/2 days and had all my meals here. Everything was great, pizza, pasta bowls, cheesy bread etc. One of the “great” locations!
The whole staff was amazing and so very friendly. The made us feel like family....thank you all and awesome job
