Tracked the pizza on the app. App said it left the store over 40 minutes ago. Called the store was told it just left the store as we were on the phone and that the app doesn’t really work. But after almost 2 hours it on its way. Wanted to know how long it sat under the heat lamps. The manager got on states if we are not happy with the qualities can return it to the store for a credit. That They are busy because they are the number one pizza place and any delivery will be 2 hours. When trying to ask other questions she hung up. When the pizza did arrive there were olives on one of them. We never never order with olives. But we had a house of now famished kids so took the pizza anyway. Service and quality definitely on a down hill roll here
This place is terrible. It goes further downhill every time we make the mistake of trying it again. The staff, including me their "manager" were incredibly rude. The app was not allowing us to check in and she was hostile and accused me of being upset when I asked if they would ho or their guarantee. She accused us of trying to get free food. The district manager was allegedly on site and wouldn't come speak to us. Not only us staff rude, but the food is never ready when they say and it's sloppy looking. I will never go back here and I recommend no one else do either.
I ordered $70 dollar worth of food an got the wrong food. Called to get it fixed they put me on hold 30 min. When Emma who said she was the manager came to the phone she told me they have it fixed. Waited 3 hours when I called she refused to fix my order. The date this happened was 7/30/2022 I will never order from here again. I manage stores an this was terrible customer service. I will be calling Rhett the owner
Ordered dinner tonight and instead of my garlic twists I ordered they sent a pizza I hadn't ordered. When I called and told what happened they said they'd get the garlic twists right out to me, it's been over an hour and a half. I don't think I'm getting them
We have an active COVID case in our home so ordered delivery. It took almost 2 hours. There was no warning that the delivery time was so long and no offer of making it right!! Also...we ordered contactless delivery and the driver totally ignored that and kept knocking until I cracked the door open and said leave it we have COVID. Seriously??!!??
This dominoes has consistent food quality. They are understaffed as far as delivery drivers at the moment, so I highly recommend carryout! It's super fast and easy. They take good care of their customers and are pleasant even when they are having a rush.
Ordered on the app was just sitting in the prep part ordered at 7:15 made it for delivery came by at 7:55 seeing what was going on maybe they are busy so I’ll help them out and pick up instead. Nope pizza wasn’t even put in the over yet and they are pretty slow now cars in the parking lot or pizza ready to go out. I was told should be ready in 20 minutes so I took my girlfriend back home. She just is hungry and pregnant so she’s not happy show back up here 25 mins later now still waiting in the lobby. Can you guys get some extra people up at this location apparently making 3-5 pizzas and some bread sticks is just way to much for this guys. Still waiting for 2 medium pizzas and bread bits and it’s been an hour! Hey look at that I got it but they still charge me for deliver wow lol
Ordered our pizza and about an hour later we got our order and the pizza was completely wrong. I called the store back and they said it would take another hour to get a correct order. The pizza we did get had a PUBE in it baked into the cheese. ?
Nothing like ordering pizza and getting it saying your pizza would be ready 37 min. Then after the order was placed and kids were told dinner was coming I get an email stating it would be 52-70min. After almost 90 min I called to see where the pizza was. We all know how pleasant hungry kids are. As I began calling I dbl checked the app again and it stated over 80 min. Heck we passed that time already. Then when the woman answered the phone she advised me that the app time was just estimation and then smarted off that it was to be expected on a Friday. Really!! I could have ordered at a dozen other places but they said it was 37 min.According to the app it was over an hour before the pizza was even made.Don’t order from this place if you Hope to feed your kids the same day or expect any type of apology for messing up.The driver was the only good part. He was great
The way our order was handled was atrocious! When we called in to enquire why after 30 minutes our pies/dinner wasn't even in the oven a delivery driver (who fielded the call) arbitrarily decided to cancel our order and hung up on us. When I called back to speak to the manager, we were placed on hood for 8 minutes. We then drove to the restaurant to make an in person complaint. We have been using Dominoes for over 25 years and this location for 6. We will never step into a Dominoes again. The location was Billings Heights.
