Staff was super nice. Gift shop is always fun and reasonably priced.Food deliver was very fast. Cream cheese pancakes were really good. Country fried steak was decent but portions were definitely smaller than they used to be. Fries had good seasoning and were week cooked. Chicken fingers were a hit with my kids and they are chicken strip officianados. Watermelon lemonade has a ton of flavor like a jolly ranch. Generic chocolate milk was, well, generic.Prices were reasonable for the food delivered.

A great place to eat in Billings, Montana. You cannot beat the prices here. The portions are large and the bill is small. We have always had good service and quick wait times to be seated. The southern fried chicken is delicious! The country store always has some amazing gifts and I recommend looking at the military section.
Our first time there. It has a great. A gift shop with lots of unique items and priced fairly was attached to the restaurant and fun to look through before eating. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it and also priced fairly. Then there was our waiter........a man who seemed to be very bothered that we were there. He forgot items, we would remind him and he would say oh yeah and then we had to keep reminding him again and again. Several times in fact. Very irritating. Needless to say he did not get tipped!!
My father, mother and went solely for the catfish. We went in at 1:24 and saw tables with patrons with clear complexion getting drinks taken almost immediately taken upon sitting. Meanwhile, my family with dark skin of Native American descent was ignored in both drinks and order while those who came in 10-15 minutes after of were served almost instantly. I move Cracker Barrel as Racist to serving white customers over those of darker tones at this particular establishment. Racist servers and almost completely staff. An older female saw the hole of the service and tried to fill it. Janet I would like to say. Only member who didn't make me feel like my skin tone was a problem. An older white woman with a close pixie cut. Only staff worth keeping. She was fair. I saw 4 tables seated with drinks and food taken before my tables order of drinks was taken. CRACKER Barrel patrons of color beware, you must be white (cracker) to receive good service here.
The service was top notch from the time we entered the building to the time we left. Our server Samantha was fantastic. She kept the coffee coming and always made an effort to ensure we needed anything all with a smile on her face. Our food was cooked to perfection and the biscuits were fresh.
Our server, Brandon (in Billings, MT), was amazing. He was fast, pleasant, personable and super friendly! the three cheese squash was really good! I think it's kind of a new addition to Cracker barrel's menu, their food was not disappointing as usual. Thanks, Brandon, for a great experience!
I have always had a great experience at Cracker Barrel. But recently the quality of food has gone down. The gravy tastes like it comes out of a bag or can, and the biscuits are not the home made ones they used to be. The potato casserole was burnt. Please bring back the homemade food.
Cracker Barrel is always a great place to get a nice full filling meal. The atmosphere is always warming and I love the smell of the fireplace going. Our waiter was super nice and on top of things with our order and drinks. I always find something interesting in the store part and my kids love the toys in there. Some things bring back childhood memories.
