Went to the one in the heights to get two of the red bull upstarts with the swirly colors. Lady made me the wrong drinks an told l had to buy the right one instead of taking the wrong ones back an making me what I asked for. I ended up spending $30 dollars on drinks when I should of only spent $14. The rudness of which the woman spoke to me was out of line. I myself own an manage restaurants here in Billings. Sad to say I will never be going back here an have been spreading the word of this poor an rude service I received. If I could give no stars I would!!!!!!!

The last two times, we've gone in the last couple weeks. One being yesterday, we had gotten the blueberry pie redbull blended drinks and they were a huge disappointment. It was just a cup full of whip cream. The employees both times were teenage boys. I spent almost $20 each time for something we just end up throwing away. It used to be so good. I tried giving it a second chance last night after the last time but I think we are done wasting our money here.
I was just there on Monday and my total was 28 something for 4 drinks. Today I went back and got the same dang drinks and it cost 5 more dollars since Monday. How can your drinks and the exact same ones cost 5 more dollars than It did just 2 days ago. Oh and of course you don't get a receipt either! I also hear the assistant manager yell in the back ground don't forget to charge for the whip cream! I'm sorry but you shouldn't be charging for whip cream! I work at a coffee kiosk too and we don't charge for whip cream! That's just nuts!

They are always so friendly and fast, plus my doggo gets a treat which he is so happy about.
