Terrible service, waited in drive thur for 20 plus minutes just for them to tell me they are out of a certain milk at the speaker then out of the substitute which the gal thought was hilarious
This shop is cute and the coffee is enjoyable. There is always a line in the drive thru so people definitely like it! It's missing something though. I'm not sure exactly what it is but for now it stays in my placeholder category of reliably decent coffee but only going til I find the perfect place that totally nails it every time.
Coffee is decent. Interior is a bit dated and dirty. Staff is nice.

I don't understand why I had to sit 15 minutes in drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me. Then, when I get my coffee handed to me, it gets spilled all over me. I'm not sure what's going on at this City Brew, but this is the one City Brew I've always had problems with and after today, I will never be shopping at this City Brew again. I'm better off sticking to Black Rifle coffee
It was okay. I loved the inside layout and variety of seating options. It was really neat that they had dividers on some of the booths for people who were coming to work or study. I just wish they had more expansive vegan options because they didn't have anything that a vegan like myself could eat on the menu. We did try the mango smoothie, but it was not fresh, and it was just made of a very sweet sugary syrup.
