Recently went to the billings location, was told I couldn't be served due to them taking online orders. I then went back to my vehicle so I could order. Fast forward 45 minutes and my food is finally done and COMPLETELY WRONG. So after driving home I went back, expressed my issues, and was given the "correct" meal only to get home and find it wrong in completely different ways AGAIN. Not a single employee is remotely competent, don't waste your time, you'd have a better experience diging in the taco bell garbage.
My daughter has celiac disease (gluten) and chipotle is one of the very few “fast casual” places she can eat at. The team on 6/10 around 11am was fantastic. The women took amazing measures to keep my daughter safe — wiping down counters, changing spoons, serving out of fresh containers. Every single precaution was taken without a single issue, in fact she did it with a smile. Amazing. Thank you!
Do not come here if you want to eat. Obviously this chipotle is the worst ran chipotle I have ever been to. Maybe they need a new manager to run things better? How can they not be prepared and have enough food for lunch rush hour at 12:00 when they just opened at 10:45. Every week this happens! If I could give 0 stars I would. Hopefully the manager sees all of the 1 stars about not having food and actually does something but I doubt it.
While I love the food at Chipotle, this location runs out of just about everything on a routine basis. In my last 12 attempts at eating here over the course of two months, only one single time was I able to get what I wanted. And about half of those times I had to leave because they were out of rice and all protein. Additionally, they seem to forget to refill silverware and napkins and those are empty about half the time as well. Very disappointing and easily the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had.
Third time in a row now where they simply just don’t have meat. When asked if they plan to make more meat they just said “nope”. No chicken, no steak, no pork. All they have is tofu. Not even sautéed vegetables. Three times in a row now. They constantly run out of the vinaigrette as well. Staff does not seem to care if the customers are upset. They were giggling after customers were walking out. There were more than enough employees there so I don’t know what the deal is. The employees also find it very funny when they wait for the customers to get all the way to the service counter to randomly let them know that they are only serving customer through online orders. They says it’s due to Covid and lack of employees even though there’s at least 6-10 people working.
Don't bother! They won't have what you want anyhow. Out of veggies and staple proteins mid-day constantly. Don't ask if they're making more unless you want to be laughed at. Repeated attempts and I've never actually gotten to order what I want. Won't make the mistake of stopping here again :(
I have been attempting to get lunch here on the weekdays between 2-3 pm. I say attempting because:Steak? Out.Fajita Veggies? Out.Chicken? Almost out.Charbroiler flame? Out (certainly aren't going to REPLACE anything during business hours). No one in the back appears to be prepping much of anything, and the grills/ovens don't appear to be in use.Frontline staff is polite in telling me they don't have anything, so there's one star.EDIT: You can ignore that part about polite staff, clearly a fluke when I went through. Sat in the dining room to write this. They are indeed making fun of you behind your back.
Ordered tonight- the orders were all wrong. Which irritated me…. But would have been all good if I could Have just called the store and had someone help us get it right. Unfortunately your automated phone system makes it so you literally can’t through to a local team member for anything. How is that a good business practice? Come on guys!
The people are nice but this place is one of the poorest run Chipotles I’ve been to and considering I used to travel 130-160 days a year around the US pre-Covid and go to Chipotle frequently, that says a lot. As many have stated, they are constantly out of multiple items for the line but if you order online, it’s available. There isn’t someone manning the grill. I understand sometimes there are items that will be out because of a rush but in the 3 times I’ve been here (I’ve only lived in the area since February 1), in and out of rush times, they’ve been out of steak every time with nobody even trying to cook more. Two of the three times there was no guacamole. I love Chipotle but I won’t return to this location unless there are major changes.
They never got my order right when I order online. This is my guac from today. And, no chips. There was supposed to be 2 bags of chips.
