Bullman's wood fired pizza was good. All three pizzas and the two different types of bread were pretty tasty. I did take off one star because there was quite a bit of char on the crusts and bottom of the pizza. I know you can expect some with wood fired but it seemed a little excessive. Other than that we enjoyed our pizza and I would try it again anytime. Although we ordered takeout the restaurant looked nice inside and the staff was friendly when we picked up the pizza.
We attempted to eat here for Father’s Day 2022. There was three ladies in the front and two cooks. One lady said she’d be right w us but we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Then the younger lady took the couple seated after us drink orders first. Next the lady who asked us to wait to be seated took the older white couple seated last pizza order. When asked, “why are you not taking our order? Not even for our drinks”? The lady said she didn’t know who sat us. I then asked, “is it bc we’re native”? She responded, “are you going to be disrespectful bc you can get out”? I told her I would write a negative review so here it is. Every other time we have been here has been awesome. They were not even that busy. Just bad service is all.
If you want to know what it's like here I'll need you to imagine a pizza that'd been wood fire cooked to protection. When you get your pizza you'll noticed slightly charred edges of crust and toppings that makes other chain pizza places look like cheap buffet pizza.If you love Buffalo wings you have to get the firecracker. ? now this appetizer alone is larger than a med pizza so be prepared. It's the best of Buffalo wings on a pizza. Trust me it's amazing.Then if you're a lover of cold leftover pizza this is the 2nd best cold day old pizza I've ever had. The 1st being a small mom and pop pizza shop in my home town. I've also eaten pizza in over 10 countries and almost every state. I'd say I have a wide variety to choose from.The staff is attentive and friendly.We go often and I have never been disappointed
Traveling through Billings we found this spot for dinner on a Monday night. We ordered the Bridger Pizza and it was delivered tot he table pretty quickly. We did add garlic to the pizza and it really gave it a kick. The ingredients we fresh and the dough was seasoned well. The meats we absolutely great. We had a great glass of wine to go with the pizza. Service was excellent.
Non meat pizzas are creative and very tasty. Thin crust, wood fire adds wonderful smokey flavor and cooks fast. Staff is friendly, seem happy and the place is very clean.
This by far is the best pizza place in Billings. I am a pizza snob and can say this is right up there with Italy. The service was friendly, and it was spotless! We will be back.
We waited a long time for pizzas with soft floppy crusts and burnt edges. The wait staff was very pleasant, though it looked like they had a snippy guy in as a manager that night. We won't be back.

Good pizza but service was sooooo slow ... one server for the entire dining room was rough, especially during the dinner hours!
Great customer service, clean, friendly, and welcoming. The pizza was AMAZING! With myself, my son, DIL, and 3 g-babies. 4 pizzas ordered.. All of them: made to order, hot, fresh, and delicious. Had plenty left over to take home. Would definately recommend.. 2 ?
