I pick up to go alot here! Am greeted with a friendly hello and a smile!Every time the staff double check the order and make sure everything is there including sides and dipping sauce, drinks and plastic forks.Outstanding service!
Horrible experience today the hostess was rude and made us wait when there was available tables she sat 4 people on a 6 place when there was 4 seaters available. We waited 45 minutes as every time she came back to the stand she would glare at us. Her attitude towards others was rude and snarky. I lost all respect for this Buffalo Wild Wings after todays disappointing and horrible experience.
Probably the best BWWs I've been to. Fast service, great waiters and waitresses, and it was very clean! We had cheese curds, traditional wings(honey BBQ, orange chicken, and lemon popey seed sauces), a kid's menu Mac and cheese. And I had a red lager that was on tap. All very good and highly recommended!
What can I say we love the wings. We ordered 30... Half buffalo and had honey bbq and got all buffalo. They were super fast at getting the order right and it was good!
This was my first time to this Bdubs even though I have been to plenty of other ones so I knew what to expect. The staff was really nice and we were sat immediately. The service was great and our drinks stayed filled. The food was good but about the same as all the other ones I have been to. Overall I would come back and eat here again.
We usually have a good experience at Bdubs but this was our first time at the Billings location. My review is just on the food and cleanliness. Our entire table was super sticky and many tables were not cleaned off. My daughter ordered the grilled chicken tenders which were good but 3 tiny pieces with a small side of fries for almost $12... way overpriced! I ordered the Buffalo ranch chicken wrap. It was all Buffalo sauce, lettuce and tomato. Hardly any chicken and way too much sauce. I couldn't even eat it. Very disappointing!
Service was great!!! The wings are par at best. They seem to get smaller and smaller every time I go there, and for 1.50/wing it is questionable if it is worth the price. Flavor was good otherwise
My friends and I came in and got Shawn as our server, we were there for two and a half hours and got checked on to get our drink order and our food order, that’s it. We waited an hour close to an hour and a half on our food and after sitting there that remaining time we had to physically go up to the “to go” spot to get our bill so we could pay and leave. During this entire time we watched as he talked to the bartender and played on his phone in the corner by the bar. We have come here when it’s busy and come here when it’s slow and I’ve never experienced a serve quite as bad as he was. I can’t imagine coming back without asking to have someone else.
OF COURSE the wings and tenders are good. But MAN do I regret not trying the burgers sooner!! Brisket burger was SO GOOD and worth every penny!! I want to try them all now!
Watch your receipt from this place. For some reason my $18 lunch with tip (pretty overpriced mediocre chicken tenders) doubled when posted to my bank account. I am not sure if the wait staff decide to increase their tip of what but a 3 piece tenders basket and an ice tea is not $38 dollars anywhere in Billings. Shady staff, overpriced and nothing special wings/sauce. IF there is a next time I will remember to pay cash so the questionable ethics of the wait staff is not tempted into defrauding me again. Hope that extra $20 was worth it.
