Wow, I mean just wowwwww this place is so good to eat at and the people are amazing !! They were so helpful

I really really really like their pizza. I would have given 5 stars however the customer service is not, "wow" quality. The three times I have been here I've never been greeted upon entering. They don't smile and overall customer service is subpar.We went there with our kids and they forgot to make our children's pizzas. Not the kids!! But then they didn't even follow the ingredient list for my garlic lovers, I had to go back twice to tell them that it needed the arugula and pesto sauce. I've been here twice with my family. We really love their pizza and plan to come back based on that alone. Blaze you need to fix this problem otherwise you're going to miss out on returning customers. I'll change this review pending my future visit.
Awesome pizza, love me a fast made pizza with what seems like fresh ingredients. If I'm craving pizza without the time to for a true Gourmet pizza, this is second to none!
They are nice. But most of the kids have hair hanging in their faces or near the food. Also a lot of jewelry. It's not super hygienic.Going back again. I retract the "They are nice"
What a dump! Very dirty establishment. Why? It’s run by teenagers and no one is responsible. No one is teaching these kids to work. There is no adult in the place. The dirt and grim is long standing, this place has not been taken care of in a long time. Food? The food case is dirty so it makes you wonder if the food is fresh or has been refrigerated or gloves were worn. It’s very surprising that is in operation, especially after all the months of Covid. The owners are very negligent. So is the Billings Health Department. Don’t eat here, they haven’t earned anyones trust that they won’t get sick and waste their money.
It's ok at best! Pizza was covered in burnt flour at the bottom. I asked for light sauce and it wasn't. I love traditional oven pizza but this wasn't great at all.
Absolutely the rudest customer service we have ever experienced. We walk in to order a pizza for Pi Day and the guy at the counter says, "What do you want?" Bluntness aside, we try explaining our problem with the app to him and he points to the manager. Cool, totally fine. We walk down and explain that our reward hadn't appeared in the app. She gave us a look I will never forget; a cross between I don't care and you're probably just stupid. Another employee asked if we had just recently signed up and we said no. She was the only one who seemed to care. The manager proceeds to walk away in the middle of our conversation without giving any sort of response. The other employee says they can comp the price at the register. Great, that's awesome! I proceed to walk back down to the beginning of the line to place my order. I stand there waiting and there is no acknowledgement whatsoever. Two different employees and the manager looked right at me and didn't say anything. After standing there for a while, I turned around and walked out. I work in customer service and even in my busiest times, I have never downright ignored a customer or made them feel like I didn't care or didn't want to help them. This isn't our first bad experience here, but it will certainly be our last.
Don't pass by without at least trying blaze, their pizza is so darn delicious!
Honestly, this is one of the worst things I have ever put in my mouth. The crust was chewy and underdone. The sauce was bland and the toppings tasted canned. The whole thing was a greasy, rubbery, inedible mess.
