Cute set up. The iced chia tea w/ added cinnamon I ordered tasted 90% like water, I took a couple of drinks to see if it just needed to be stirred, not the case. I threw my drink away and left. Was suppose to be a mom & son date with my 4yr old. Won’t be returning.I recommend The Annex
I love this place!!! Plus, I don't have a dog but they allow doggies!!!! I get to see dogs and some I get to love on and get my coffee and my doggie fix!!!! Also, good drinks and reasonably priced. Along with food from Harper/Madison that is delish!!!!
Coffee was great. Barnstable very knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean inside and out. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and talking with friends.
Great coffee in a friendly modern atmosphere. Baristas were friendly and drinks came out promptly. The huckleberry latte I ordered tasted great; not overly sweet and no burnt espresso. They offer the usual espresso beverages, various methods of brewed coffee, and a selection of local pastries and sweets. Definitely recommend if you're in Billings!

Black Dog, no matter the location, is hands down one of my favorite spots. Not only in Billings, but simply anywhere. Great coffee + knowledgeable staff always makes for the best experience. Plus, the staff is truly the kindest around. Don’t hesitate to check them out.
What can I say except that Black Dog Coffee is BY FAR the BEST coffee experience in the state of Montana! Staff is beyond hospitable and gracious, knowledgeable and welcoming - and the pour over coffees and cappuccino (my go to’s) are ALWAYS on point!
The girls working there are the absolute sweetest and you can tell they really love their job. Props to their boss and managers for giving them such a passion for coffee! Thank you Black Dog for such a wonderful experience.
Please don’t go here, don’t let the cute coffee shop fool you, it has the worst customer service. Went here twice and both times was ignored, never greeted, no one was friendly and welcoming. Seemed like we were bothering them. She wouldn’t even look at us as we stood at the counter. Also, the coffee is not very good. Plenty of other coffee shops around town to go to instead and give business to!
