I ordered 5 ice creams to be door dashed. They only send 4 of the 5 ice creams. I called back they said we can make it an I have to pick it up. I get there an say. I'm here to pick up my ice cream cup that was missing from my order. I asked for a coupon for something being I ordered delivery. They going to say well the best I can do is I won't charge you for the 2 scoop cup u just got. I was like I already paid for it you didn't put it in my order. She replied ok the best I can do is a 5$ gift card. Wow.. the 2 scoop cup was over 6$ plus the gas I had to use to go across town to pick it up when I ordered delivery. An paid the delivery fee plus tip just to have to go out an get what they messed up. That is ridiculous...Poor customer service.
I don't remember the young salesperson's name, sounds like Avianna or something. I called at the last minute (Cinco de Mayo), and she was able to accommodate my needs by making the most "goth" last minute cake we could muster. She was kind and patient. Thank you, I meant it when I said you did a really good job!! Kudos for taking pride in your work!!
I called the day before my sons birthday, (I know, I’m ridiculous), to ask if there were any ghost cakes already made up. The sweet girl that answered the phone said that there weren’t, but there was a pumpkin cake. I told her I would ask my husband what we should do and call back. She said that there were cakes in the back and she could just take the frosting off and redecorate it for me! She even personalized it for us and it turned out SO cute. She did not have to take time out of her day for something so short notice, but she did and she was so kind about it! Thank you for making my little boys birthday

I feel that you went as far to discriminate against a Vet and his dogs, because they were in front of your business, how very sad. You called police for that, and there is so much worse stuff going on in Billings. It people like you that hurts the world around us, by being so judgmental, maybe once you should listen to their story, or better yet walk in their shoes. I am so glad my Dad taught me never to judge anyone!
Baskin-Robbins has a great selection of Ice-cream. We don't go here very often, but we are never disappointed. It is very clean, the staff is nice, and it is in a great location. Overall, 9/10 factoring in cleanliness, location, and staff. Don't ask about the 32 flavor ?.
