They were amazing and so friendly. They even fixed my kinda pain in the but order and no I'm not normally a pain in the butt. But I am having trouble finding things I can eat at the moment and they were so helpful.
This is the second time I have come to this Arby's and stood at the front counter for multiple minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Whether this is your position to work or not, you should still be greeting your customers or at least letting them know someone will be with them soon. This really should be common sense for any person to know, but I guess you need to train them to be polite.
Okay 2 ⭐️ and here is whyService is so slow and only drive up. Yes I know they are short on staff. We all are and that would be taken a little more lightly if I could get a decent meal. It's either messed up, cold, missing 1 to several items and is maybe half as good as it used to be.On average the curly fries are cold and soggy, had several flat drinks, and even once the meat was so bad we trashed it.I just say that we understand short handed and slower times if the food quality and making sure the orders were correct was there. Was going to give a 1⭐️ but occasionally they'll get it right and it's the old Arby's we love
I've tried to visit this place twice. The first time they were closed without editing their hours online to try and fly under the radar. The second time they were closed because they didn't have power, despite the workers still being there. Just avoid this Arbys. Go anywhere else in the area.
Picked up lunch and an extra sandwich, which was still very good the next day after being heated up in the microwave. The wait was extra long at the drive through window so I visited with the gal stationed there and she gave me some coupons for the long wait. Thought that was very nice of her.
It was a decent fast food lunch. Service was timely, and employees were friendly and professional.
I really like the food and its nice to see they pay at least $14/hr to their employees. My only gripe is the Sprite here is the worst I've ever had. I'd rather drink flat bottled sprite.
The new burger was pretty good but super slow service. Not surprising when you can't get people to work! The window clerk was super nice!
Fast friendly service......Update 1 yr later.....place was a joke today!! 20 min wait to order in Drive threw. Then got the completely wrong order( food was never even made as it turns out) Lobby doors were locked so had to call store an beat on door to get order fixed. I absolutely get the short staff thing but...... COME ON PEOPLE it's not rocket science!! I managed fast food for yrs I know it's not...
Arby's on King Avenue, Billings, Mt Beau was Absolutely Amazing!! Kind, thoughtful, and made sure my order was correct!! Hot food fast service and a smile to make my day!! This young man NEEDS A RAISE!!! THANK YOU BEAU!!!
