We stopped in here tonight for dinner.The staff is very friendly and attentive.The restaurant seemed clean.We were able to order our food and it came quick.The food was tasty and well cooked.We definitely got back here
3 stars are for: Food was good. Service of food was good.0 stars are for: The most disgusting horrific women’s bathroom I’ve seen in my 71 years of life. The bathroom had two stalls. One was covered in diarrhea and toilet paper every place. When you walked into the bathroom you smelled the diarrhea. The other stall was filthy with piles of toilet paper on the floor. The floors were so sticky that your shoes would stick to the floor as you walked. The sink faucets were filthy. The floor and counters look like they hadn’t been cleaned in months.I went out and reported it to the manager. She said she’d take care of it. Unfortunately I had to go to the bathroom again and this time the bathroom smelled like very strong bleach when I walked in. I could hardly breathe the bleach smell was so strong. It burnt my eyes. The sink and counter were still filthy. The floor was still filthy and sticky. The diarrhea appeared to had been cleaned up in the one stall but that was it. I went out and reported to the manager the strong smell of bleach and that the bathroom still needed a good scrubbing. I was so disappointed in how filthy their bathroom was.My concerns are if the servers and chefs use this bathroom, their hands would still be contaminated with filth and germs.
Wait staff was very friendly and prompt. The food was very good and served hot. They refilled drinks so that we always had something to drink without having to ask. The atmosphere was very pleasant and had baseball game on the TV at the bar to watch. It was a very nice dinner.
The worst. $75 lunch for me and my wife and kids. Steaks were tough and flavorless. Salad had water swimming in the bottom of the plate. Potatoes completely bland nobody ate them. Hors d'oeuvre of artichoke dip I couldn't taste any artichokes and the sauce was I don't know what it was I think they're trying to make a knock off of Fridays but it wasn't even close. The last time I go to Applebee's every time I go to the food just gets worse and worse... And honestly I'm not a tough critic.. I'm happy with decent most of the time but this was really disappointing
Same waitress waited my table both times I've gone there. Exemplary service, always with a smile. The bourbon steak is pretty good, and they added just enough butter to my steamed broccoli, didn't drown it
The food is always good at Applebee's. They have such a large selection of meals it's not hard to find something to suit your mood. The service was excellent, water glasses were kept full even after we finished our meal and sat there visiting for a while.
I've visited this restaurant a dozen times over the years. It has gone through the regular ups and downs of staff changes. But this last visit was different. The cook was having an off day with the steaks. I received two and both were under cooked. Which is not my main point. The manager was very kind and not only discounted my entire meal but a portion of the check as well. I wasn't upset at all with how they skillfully handled the situation. I appreciate the service we had and the rest of the food was great.Thank you for making things right for your customers Applebee's!
Service was good but food was not. The salad I had was wilted, my son's chicken strip meal was over cooked. Not worth the money to go here.
Loved everything from the time my daughter and I walked in, we got treated like regular customers and the steak was outstanding
