Good food. Jasmine our waitress was great. Great service and great smile. Very friendly. They were short staffed but we still had great service and received our food pretty quickly.
Place at 1/3 of capacity, we walk in and get told they aren't seating any tables for an hour because they have a 20 top coming.Applebee's, and the people that work there are a joke. Literally
Food was unremarkable, but service was pathetic. Seated after the dinner rush, 1/3 of tables were empty, but 2/3 were empty before our food arrived 45 minutes later. Several tables seated after us were served 10 minutes before we were, and we just ordered burgers. Ordered another beer when food was finally delivered, but it didn't arrive until the last bite of the burger, intentionally eaten slowly hoping to have something to wash it down with. On top of this Applebee's doesn't understand the concept of beer, as all they serve is flavored water labeled as beer.
As you guys know since no one wants to work anymore they were understaffed but other than that it was awesomeAnd for all you vegans they have a new impossible burger made with plants, not a vegan, didn't try it
What a wonderful experience! They were slammed and we got in at the bar. Served quickly with amazing taste and presentation. Our bartender was fantastic. The quality tonight was top notch. Kudos to the manger for running such a smooth organized team and the staff for their exceptional service .
They are feeling the crunch of employee shortage for sure. Hostess was super nice...kitchen I'm sure was short. Meal took extraaaaaa long. From appetizer to main course was at least 1 hour. But it was still great.
Walk in there three lady's at the front were being vary rude. My mom is disabled and can't be get up in a high top and we asked to sit any other place and they made smart commitments says that they can't fit five people in a booth because of how big three of us are and just stared at us while we walked out the doors . Called the manager and she said that she was writing them up
I almost always get the same thing and I'm rarely disappointed. The steak is always juicy and flavored to perfection. I maintain that you can't find a better steak in this price range!
Waited in line for 15 minutes and was passed up twice. My husband went up to tell the red hair waitress and she didn't do anything or say anything. She wouldn't take our name so we could be seated. Very poor manners.
Staff is great and courteous, place is clean and we were seated immediately. Parking lot plenty of spaces. Good food choices.
