Service was excruciatingly slow!

Employees were extremely rude and acted like they didn't care about the quality of food they were serving. The oil they use to fry is old and nasty which made the food super oily and black. I ordered a breakfast slider without egg due to an allergy and the egg was still put on it along with random lettuce for some reason. I took my food back and the manager could care less. She just saw me bring my bag back inside and said "let me see your receipt and I'll refund you" without even knowing the problem beforehand. The entire kitchen had trash and was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here.

Ordered white castle for pickup at location on Wentzville Parkway. We first went to the front entrance and help phone up in hopes of getting there attention looked and ignored us. We then waited in the drive thru and eventually went up to window besides car that was at pick up food window. Vee or Dee General Manager told us we had to go through drive thru in our vehicle in order to pick up food when weve been stuck at Walmart for the past hour and a half with a broken down car. Refused to give us our food. Told us we would have to get in line and get it. We patiently waited for over 15 minutes. Pickup protocol i believe you dont have to have a vehicle to pick it up and thats discrimination. she was unproffessional, rude, and provided absolutely no customer service. We ended up canceling our order because since we didnt have our vehicle she wouldnt give us our food

horrible service. paid for cheese sauce on 2 orders of chicken rings and frys, barely any on either. asked for extra honey mustard and marinara sauce, got 4 packets honey mustard and 2 cups marinara for 10 cheese sticks. and drinks werent even full.luckily Schnucks was still open so we could get condiments choose not to give us.NOT GOING BACK!

The drive thru was busy so we went inside just to find out we could not order in there because of short staff. Which I understand but they served the 2 ladies infront of us. Frustrating!!!

Would not take my to go order, insisted that we place an order online or through the app even while standing at the counter. The app order took 45 min to complete. The manager had the absolute worst customer service experience! The worst white castle ? experience ever, avoid this restaurant if you value your time.

Food was ok but the service SUCKED! They have hours of operación that they opened at 8. We got there at 8:15 and the lobby was still closed. The lady said they don't have food ready. We waited in lobby for about 15 min. The lady had a very poor attitude. She was NOT FRENDLY and looked like she hated her Jon while We ordered.

They are marketing the hell out of the 1921 Slider but then blame a supplier with a sign on the door for not having half of its toppings available.No napkins included in the bag for drive-thru orders.The french fries tasted like they were from two or three days prior.

Drive through line going way too slow and their outdoor menu / order sign has broken order display that has been out for months and has a paper Covid sign taped to it. Get it together White Castle.

1st I understand it's the Holidays and lines are long and people are overworked. AndPlaces are short staffed.We happily waited in line for 25+ mins, to then have to walk back inside 3 times for half our order that was forgotten- they had tons of employees working. To then leave and finally eat just to find they also forgot the cheese on the burgers??‍♀️.WC- just slow down, people understand and clearly are patient to wait in your long line. Just get the easy order correct.
