Well decorated, staffed and managed. Great food prepared well; choices include sandwiches, pasta, salads, pizza, and appetizers bound to please. Grotto is the "hidden gem" in the Wentzville area. It's always busy but worth the wait. Check them out!

Food is always great, service is excellent, food comes out quickly. I do recommend Grotto Grill however selling a bottle of Busch light for 5.00 is over the top. That’s taking advantage. I will never complain about the price of food, I understand everything is going up but 5.00 for a bottle of beer is ridiculous. I’ll eat here again but won’t by any alcohol.
Went here tonight for first time, wanted something different so got the bacon cheeseburger pizza and it was sooooo good. It had pickles, ketchup and mustard on it, and had a great thin crust! Wife got pasta and side salad and it was excellent too. Pretzels with beer cheese was a good appetizer too! Only took pics of the pizza though. Service was very good as well, will definitely go back here when out that way
We had high expectations and it exceeded them! Friends told us good things about The Grotto Grill, and we had to try it. We really enjoyed the drunken fries appetizer. The shrimp fettuccine is amazing! Like from another world! The apple crisp was a great dessert too. We will 100% be back.

Great food! Everything tastes fresh, the French fries are great and big portions!The crab Rangoon pizza is really tasty but rich! After having it as take out and as dine-in, it's best right out of the oven.Everyone is extremely friendly and our server was great. Food came out fast, especially at the beginning of rush.
Absolutely delicious. Got the Rib Eye sammich, it was phenomenal. Best steak sandwich I've ever eaten. The Drunken Fries were also top notch. Corn nuggets are now my favorite form of corn.They say they close at 8pm (Friday), but at 7:30pm there was still a line of people waiting to be seated. Highly recommend The Grotto Grill.
