The sandwich was good, but the service was terrible. Unfortunately, that's not strange for this location. We put in our orders for curbside pickup. After letting them know we'd arrived, they brought out one order and not the other, even after we informed the employee that came to the car. We sat for several minute waiting, until my sister went into check. They forgot. She got the order but they didn't even apologize for the error. We got home and realized that the first order was wrong. We went back and they did replace the sandwich, but still didn't apologize.Previously, we've had wrong orders and the time prior to this one, my sandwich was delivered divided in half in a brown paper bag instead of wrapped in their sandwich paper. This is the last time for that location.
This Donna lady is becoming locally famous for providing the worst service in wentzville. She shakes her head and grunts rudely when you order something she doesnt want to make. Its extremely childish. The worst part is that the owner observes her doing it and does nothing about it. It happens without fail every time. My family and friends have boycotted this location. Have never seen anyone more worthy of being fired in my life.... But yet she still remains.. I wonder how many thousands of dollars you've lost because of her.
I hate giving places bad reviews. I love subway. But they have messed up our orders literally every time we’ve been here now.
Always good, one of my favorite places. I like the size and location, great home town feeling.
