We ordered 2 drinks thru the drive thru. Both were made incorrectly. I spoke to Jerrid(mgr) on the phone and he said to come back in and he would replace them. The replacement order was made incorrectly and one of them had no taste and the incorrect creamer was used. SMH. We will not be returning to this Starbucks. Training must be done.
Went after dinner to try and redeem my birthday rewards, since it is the only Starbucks that is posted as open until 9, closed at 830 anyway. Which is fine, but just say you close at 830
Hours say open till 9 drove 30 minute to get coffee for a birthday and they where already closing. If you are gonna start cleaning and closing at 8:30 don't say open until 9...
Drove 20 minutes for a coffee and it was close. Sign outside saying cafe closed. Hours on website and door say its open. I'm not mad but I am disappointed in you Starbucks.
Sour milk, poor service, no stock. Buy a can coffee. If they burnt this store to the ground the ashes mixed with dirty water would taste better….
The employees were friendly and helpful. Even though Starbucks is having difficulties getting their ingredients, the employees did their best to get as close as to what I was wanting.
