The slowest Starbucks I have ever seen. Drinks are never consistent. Today, we went through the drive through and they had us pull forward. We waited 30 minutes just for our drinks to be made. When we went in to see what was going on, and they were too busy talking about their hoop earring to make our drink. I can say with confidence I will not be returning to this starbucks.
I realize it is not the employees fault but waiting over 30 minutes in a drive thru line with 6 cars ahead of me was ludicrous.Should have considered that directly across the parking lot is a Target with Starbucks inside and zero waiting.The staff was friendly but wow, something is inefficient.
I’ve never seen a more mismanaged, DIRTY behind counter and front counter SB… AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN SERVING ESPRESSO DRINKS!!! I waited 17 mins to get my cold brew. The lady sitting next to me ordered a grande coffee and waited over 10 mins. The line for the drive thru is ridiculously long and blocks traffic.
I went in last week. Everything was good, they were very slow and disorganized placing one item out at a time (and whispering the name with loud music playing- so everyone had to go look if it was theirs) and a 20 minute wait for the coffee meant my breakfast was cold long before I got my coffee. The drive thru was closed (maybe down) that said they would have reduced orders as a result, not increased. I think they need better management during a time like that.
Worse starbucks drive through that I've been to over 15 different states and 3 different countries. This one is the closest to my house. It seems they are not utilizing lean six sigma. Store manager needs to reach out to the baymeadows Jacksonville florida location for tips or any Japanese Starbucks.
This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to (and I go all the time). Half the time, the regular drip coffee is COLD. When you get iced coffee, half the time it needs to get remade done it's wrong. The employees are nice enough but become rude when you ask them to remake something they messed up. Also, they don't listen when you're ordering so drinks are wrong all the time. The drive through is always busy, so it's easier and faster to go in and orderin person. The employees do wear masks (though sometimes incorrectly) but none of the other customers do.
Isabella wasAMAZING. Very helpful at the drive thru speaker with my order (surprising) then when we made it to the window... the Brightest, most smilely Isabella greeted us, wished my daughter Happy Birthday. She deserves so happiness in her life.
when open service is fast and good, drink is typically made right and staff are kind. if youre upset they arent open all the time anymore, the lake st louis location is still typically open when this one is closed, dont take it out on the person on window or making your drink for something they typically dont control
Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Waited over 30 min for our order with one drink coming out at a normal time and then we had to sit and wait for another 30min for the kids’ hot chocolates. When we asked if they could check on our order they said they were working on it. Rumor is that we’re still waiting…..
Usually do not wait in the drive thru line but did today and was surprised how quick it went to get to the window, drinks were great
