I used to work for them. When I transferred from another store, I cleaned so much I was asked to clean up the place. They definitely need consistency doing that. Very few workers care about fresh products, expired dates on food, FIFO, stocking for next shifts. The cooler they keep the greens in for salads when I started turned me off of ever eating at this one again. The whole inside of it was covered in rotten sludge and mold from old product long enough that I had to scrape about an inch of mold off the bottom. I wish I still had the pictures from B4 and after. I will never eat there again now that I don't work there!!!
Was excited to try the new spicy chicken....?Was super hungry, ate most of it, but won't get it again. A Chai tea and sandwich almost $18. Not worth it ?
Ordered a breakfast delivery with a Iced latte. The latte was delivered with a dome lid open (the same way it would had I gone to the store myself) after being picked up, delivered, and left at my front door. I called the location to confirm how it should’ve arrived and was told by someone that it was supposed to have a flat lid. Wasn’t offered at least a credit for the drink that I wouldn’t dare drink knowing it was open the whole time or any type of compensation for the almost $5 drink.
This location was the first and only STL Bread Co/ Panera I’ve been to and it was underwhelming. Food isn’t necessarily bad but not worth the price. I’ve never had their coffee drinks or pizza so I can’t comment on those items. The cashier was pretty nice and helpful when I told him it was my first visit. The best part of the meal was the soda and the pickle spear. My sandwich had a hard area on the edge almost like it could damage your teeth if you bit on it. My salad had a lot of white lettuce. I also ordered a muffin, it was okay but honestly I’ve had better from a grocery store or prepackaged from Walgreens.
The wentzville location has very poor service. There are issues with the staff getting the orders right. On March 1st 2022 was in the restaurant and saw an employee who was working in the drive thru area "picking her butt!" Then you handled customers food. The staff did not appear to be clean. The young ladies wearing Pink T Shirts and dirty tight jeans. I placed an order which they got wrong. I asked for a refund and left. Not going back to this location. Wentzville needs to clean up their restaurant and employees.
Really wanted to have dinner here tonight because we love the food, but don't go here often because it's so expensive for our large family of six! We ordered online pickup so we could just grab our food and feed the kids, we live about 20 minutes away. After placing our order at 6pm it said it would be ready and to pick it up at 7:12pm. So we get there after they've had about an hour to make our order and they have no idea where our order is. They don't have it, never saw it, have just no idea what we are talking about. We've already paid them $109 with a generous tip. So they finally find our order in the system and begin making it. So it's almost 8pm and we still haven't fed our kids dinner. Online ordering was supposed to be the easy efficient way of ordering, but it clearly is not. Very aggravated and I really hope my significant other checks all the bags and makes sure they gave us everything. Sadly, I don't think I will return to this location.

The drive-thru doesn't bother me for how long you have to sit there, the price doesn't bother me for the food you get. What does bother me is when I order two pastries and they're not in the bag on top of my side not being in the bag that goes with my whole sandwich. And to top it off when I ate my chicken chipotle avocado melt and I bit into it and start choking because someone neglected to pull the rapper off the cheese that is to separate the pieces of cheese. I have tried to call countless times to complain or get a refund but they don't answer the phone. I give -5 stars! This place has went down tremendously in the last three years.
Went through the drive thru today and ordered a small Mac n cheese and chicken Caesar salad. Got home to find this bug in my salad. Absolutely disgusted. Definitely won’t be eating here again. How can you charge over $10 for a salad with a bug in it? ?
