Never get pizza hut delivered. Always eat in. It tastes so much better.However, $12 for 10 bread sticks when you always have a deal for $6 for 10 makes no sense.Their soda fountain wasn't working so we had to get a 2-liter to share. Ended up being cheaper than fountain drinks, but then at that point there isn't any point in a server.They also got rid of the buffet, so probably won't be eating there more than once or twice a year.Good if you eat in, but otherwise go elsewhere.
Absolutely horrible service. Food was cold and I was double charged. I was told it would take a week to get my money back. Not sure where thats ok but I know if I didn't pay I wouldn't have got my food so what's up with that pizza hut? Then for my food to show up cold is beyond belief.. ill never order again.
Service was great but I ordered extra cheese with an additional charge of $2.25 and the cheese did not string when you picked up a piece just plain. So, I am going back to Marcos.
Cook the pizza a bit longer. It was doughy. Put the sauce more on the wings.. it pooled to the bottom.
Pizza was fresh and hot.. also made and ready quickly
The food got here faster than expected. Still nice and hot. Delivery lady was very nice.
At first I thought i got lucky with nobody being here little did i know… That this place was awful first my drink didn’t even come out of the machine than the waiter was mumbling so nobody could hear him afterwards got my food which was pretty decent. All I have to say that the service sucked. I felt i wasn’t supposed to be their as the server wasn’t very welcoming. The dining room was freezing no tvs were on or nothing.
This will probably be the last time I order from pizza hut in Wentzville. I ordered ahead for a specific time, but it took them almost 30 minutes to get here from the time the notification was sent that it was out for delivery. When the driver showed up, the boxes were jammed in the bag. Bent. The pizza in 2 boxes looked like they were tossed around. Very, very short on toppings. Some slices had almost no toppings at all. Even the Detroit style double pepperoni had little toppings. Just sad. $68 including tip! Probably not again.
I marked please leave at the door on my order form, and my pizza was not left at the door. I heard the delivery driver knock, but was putting my son to bed (which I knew would be the case, and the reason I asked for it to be left at the door). Once I was free I went to look for my pizza and it was not there. I had to track down the driver to have it be delivered to me instead of just following the instructions given. They also missed the soda I ordered. I am supposed to being credited back that money, but we will see.
So fast and the food was so hot you could see the Steam upcoming off the boxes wow nice job
